I’m afraid to say it was a shocking experience I ordered the Bella pizza oven bundle deal for my girlfriend’s birthday. Delivery was very quick which was great but was sent the complete wrong oven then was told that they would get my correct order out by the Monday was given 10% off which was very kind but did t receive the correct order till the Thursday I feel customer service was just emailing what ever sounded good to me very disappointed for someone to have to wait an extra 3 days for their present to

Thanks for your review. We apologise that the wrong oven was sent out to you and we worked as quickly as we can to get a replacement out to you. We offer a next working day delivery. Due to the mistake happening on the Friday, the next day we were able to send the oven out was first thing Monday for a Tuesday delivery. unfortunately FedEx had issues with the parcel at the hub. Once we knew of this we immediately sent another oven out to you for a Thursday delivery.
Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We hope you enjoy the oven. Thanks.

Pizza oven works great now I have replaced the gas regulator. The regulator would not attach to the gas canister despite being the correct connection. But now have perfect pizzas
