There was an issue with the delivery address but that was my fault and it was sorted straight away, product arrived when they said and it is awesome can't fault it

The delivery was quick and the oven…
The delivery was quick and the oven simple to assemble, I just need to learn how to use a pellet fired oven. Having said that when it was up to temp it cooked the pizzas lovely

Top Class after sales service
I needed to obtain a component for my Kamado "egg" barbeque which had failed. I contacted BBQ-BITS and explained the problem and whilst they did not stock the part they said they would help and indeed they did. Within one week a new hinge had arrived and all for free. Needed my order very quickly so joined the live chat. I was told it would be delivered the day I needed it. Ordered a duel fuel pizza oven late afternoon on the Wednesday and it arrived as promised on the Friday morning. Can’t ask for much more than that. The pizza oven is really lovely and easy to use. Would highly recommend

Fantastic company Fantastic pizzas
Fantastic company. No question too stupid lol.
We purchased the wood fired pizza oven with the gas adaptor. Unfortunately not had chance to buy BBQ fire lighters so not tried the woodfired bit. However we have used the oven on gas.
Must say the pizzas were awesome. Cooks very well, very quickly xx

Good service and friendly communications. Had a few questions before purchasing, which were answered quickly (Bella 14 inch multi fuel oven). Slight issue with a bit missing, but after an email it was in the post an arrived nexted day. Oven it's self seems well made and after first use it seems great. Thanks
