It was a really straight forward experience using the website. The egg bbq is brill and I used it over the bank holiday weekend of which we had loads of positive comments. The delivery was quick and went well and it was put together fairly easy for such a big bbq.

Customer Services Team and the product are Great even out ithe rain cooking

After letting them No I didn’t have the rain cover . I sent an email regarding this issue that it wasn’t in the box when I opened it so that’s why I gave them 3stars but now they have answered my email & will send the rain cover in the post . So now I have given them 5 stars just for that little bit of understanding go’s a long long way . If your like your BBQs like a furnace then this is the product for you without a doubt can wait to try the smoker out on a Nice aged piece of Brisket or a Tomhawk Steak 25oz or plus will keep you posted for sure Chris Cooper
