Slower dispatch than stated on the website and delivery was a nightmare FedEx are useless, I ended up on a goose chase between depots to collect the parcel as the driver lied and said he’d attempted delivery and wouldn’t redeliver for another 3 days. The product was decent actually better quality than I expected

Fabulous company with excellent communication. My delivery was speedy. Bought a pizza oven for my husband for Christmas. The item looks very good quality . Bought a pizza oven on a black friday deal but there was a mix up on the system and they had ran out, matt from BBQ Bits was amazing and sorted it out straight away and gave me a discount on another pizza oven instead which was very good of them . Would definitely recommend this company

I initially ordered a ceramic bbq from Adexa.. I received the pallet in bits, literally a pile of rubble. Struggled over 2 weeks to return and to get my money back. Saw the review and realized i was lucky in this sense. some other buyers got screwed big time.
Decide to go for BBQ Bits based on reviews. Best decision ever, the product if far superior in quality even the package comes with plywood lids to protect the goods. The delivery company these guys use are professional and understanding considering it's a curb side delivery.
Only down side i would add, that got me a bit like, "hey.. wait a minute" was the second day after i placed the order, they reduced the same ceramic bbq by £100. It is what it is i guess, I'm really happy with my purchase.

Great communication throughout and rapid delivery

After a bit of a wait for the item to come in stock, shipping and delivery were fast which meant I was able to use it before my holiday was up which was great.
Dealing with the store by email and phone was easy and they were very helpful. Despite my kamado not being one they sell, the guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable and knew of the make and model I have and was able to advise me on the sizing of the product which made me feel a lot happier about my purchase and that it would be suitable after a fairly long wait, not the retailers fault I should add.
The item ordered was a Kamado X rotisserie which after one use I am very happy with. It was easy to setup and use and the result was incredible.

Easy ordering, fast dispatch and delivery. Couple that with good quality and a reasonable price, just couldn’t beat it.

The item I order was delivered very quickly , but with no notification of delivery. The items I received are very good quality and I am very pleased. There was a mistake with an item missing and the customer service has been mediocre in dealing with the issue.
