Read the Return policy before buying
I made a mistake ordering some parts, and the customer support mentioned the parts were discontinued; the return policy fees are 35% for restocking (really?) plus the delivery (no refund).
unfortunately, a very frustrating experience for me.

Avoid
Paid 1500 dollars for a new grill + 200 more for shipping. More than a month later I have not received the grill. The communication has not been great, and I currently have no idea whether I will receive the grill or a refund. If I could do it over I would have just bought from a place with free shipping (lowes amazon), but I went with this company because I thought they were reputable. That was a mistake

I ordered a warming rack for my Napoleon Prestige 500 Pro grill. Before ordering I did a lot of price comparison shopping and BBQGRILLS had the best price. I called to verify they had the item in stock and and was greeted by a professional and knowledgeable sales associate. I placed my order online and was provided an email verification of my order along with several other email communications including shipping date, tracking number and arrival date. Big problem is that this is a Canadian company, so if you EVER order anything that needs to be returned, you probably will lose your money due to the outrangous cost of shipping into Canada. BBQGrills DID give me good pricing and service that I appreciate. But they shipped me a part from a US warehouse. I made the error and had to return the part, and order a new part number. They required me to return the part to their Canadian warehouse an the UPS coast to get the part back exceeded the $50 part cost. GREAT company with good service and pricing IF you are 100% sure that your order will not need to be returned ...

Exceptional customer service
There was a mix up with the grill that was delivered and they went above and beyond to come up with a solution that quickly got us up and running. Chuck and team were so helpful in getting it resolved quickly and creatively and we are now using our grill and enjoying it so very much.

restocking fee and return shipping
Wasn't able to find the right parts, and had to pay a restocking fee rather than exchange for the correct ones. At the end of the day after return shipping I was out 90% of my cash. Be careful ordering unless you already have the specific part number in your hand.

Extremely knowledgeable
Extremely knowledgeable, slow to ship.
Support person had me send pix of my installed gas grill, we figured out the model, made sure we ordered the right parts (knobs). Pricing was good, support was great, ordering was easy.
The dark spot was shipping. It took about 2 weeks from order placed, on an in-stock item, until they shipped it. No communication in between, knobs ordered early may barely made it for our party 3.5 weeks later.

BBQGrills.com are good, Napoleon Grills are not.
BBQGrills.com are good, Napoleon Grills are not. I have ordered 2 different sets of knobs for my Napoleon grill and still do not have correct knobs for their safety glow system. Regardless of how I search by model number on the grill or part numbers in back of the knob Napoleon cant provide the correct replacement knob part number for their safety glow knobs.......that fail often.

BBQ Grills was the only place I could find the new part I needed for my Napoleon grill. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is that it took a very long time for the part to ship.
