I ordered both the wild spring and sockeye salmon. My package was delivered on time and well frozen. The fillets look great. This is a good spot to get wild salmon year round.

I love bc spot prawns quality and we have bought from them twice now. Unfortunately, this time there was quite a delay with the ordering process. I placed my order on April 1st however, they shipped it on April 13th. The ordering process needs some work.

I haven’t received the order. It’s been a week.

I paid 120$ and never received my order I am so upset!! I need my money back. Tried emailing them no response!

The order was not delivered. My emails to customer support were not answered

They never arrived.

I ordered 200 dollars worth of fish(website says no refund). Order is now 11 days late and I can't get in contact with anyone. I notified the company when it was 24 hr. Late, also asked for updates with no response. I'm going to need to dispute the charges with my bank...and I hate dealing with the bank.

Always get top-grade seafood from BC Live Pot Prawns!

Prawns were as well packaged and as expected. Also, communications were great. Only issue is it's a bit hard to find so make sure you get good directions. Don't just punch it in your Google Maps.

This was my 3rd purchase. 2 nd time it got delivered to the wrong address then corrected before the fish thawed. This last time I had to call 3 times
As the delivery date changed twice. Fish arrived as promised the last time. I haven’t seen this product yet as it’s at my Daughters house in Calgary. The 2 previous orders were great quality. I will order again. If shipping date is missed I like to be notified. If possible a tracking number would be nice!

They were easily accessible on the phone and kept me up to date on my order. Can’t wait to try more of their great products - the long cod filets so far were fantastic and we ordered a box bundle.
