Misinforming

#bdssuspension #nofineprint #suspension systems #liftedtrucks #noprideinproduct I'm extremely disappointed with BDS Lifts' warranty service. I was initially told they could "make it happen" for me, even though I was a little outside the 2-year warranty period. To add insult to injury they told me if it was closer to 3-4 months out they’d have been willing to break policy. I sent them photos and proof of the leaks for my four shocks. This got my hopes up, only for them to deny the claim 24 hours later, citing it was too far out of date. They then offered a measly 10% discount on new shocks, which is a joke. BDS Lifts talks about standing behind their products, but they don't practice what they preach. While their website and facebook no fine print lifetime warranty but only having 2 years on the shocks seems like fine print to me.I will not be a returning customer, and I will be sure to share my experience with family and friends.

Worse supplier experience ever

Worse supplier experience ever. Bought lower control arms in November. They jerked around for 3 months saying they are being made and will ship the next week. I would not buy anything from them unless it is in stock.

Crummy service and charged my card without consent or authorization

So they recently updated the site but month and a half ago (sept,10 2024 today) they had misleading advertisement on leaf springs. I didn’t realize till after I ordered it, it was for only one. $279 shipped. What’s doing the next day I Realize it message them saying is there a better way to cancel this because I’m planning on refusing it I. The guy said, don’t worry I’ll take care of it. I didn’t hear any back for a month like what’s up oh yeah, he says I said well my refund he said yeah. Over week no half later I emailed him again like what’s going on. He said it should be any day again. Another week and I’m like what’s up what’s the problem ignored me and couple Days after came it. Now a couple weeks later (today)I caught glimpse of e-mail they charged my card bout $50 without my permission, consent, or prior authorization. See what my card issuer thinks of that and just happenes to be the federal gov for my ssdi.dig around They got negative reviews on web and there’s a reason that they avoid leaving places for people to leave reviews.

DO NOT BUY BDS

I have a 2015 F250 Platinum. I went from a Fabtech 8" lift to a BDS 4" coil over conversion kit with remote reservoir shocks and even purchased the 4" BDS leaf spring kit. First off it is the most uncomfortable ride as far as truck suspensions go. I have had to remove the remote reservoir shocks and switch back to factory leaf springs with blocks to make my ride comfortable again. As much money as this product costs it should be vastly superior to all other suspensions. It is a lie. Do not purchase BDS coil over suspension for your super duty. You will not be satisfied and when it does ride like crap, because you installed it they will not refund you for being unhappy with their products.

Worst Supplier Experience Ever - Simply Terrible

We spent over $200k with BDS as distributors in Australia for them.
They are totally unorganized, they don’t care about people at any level, their kits fail often and they make you pay for freight for their mistakes and product failures.
They caused us so much grief, ghosting us, their upper management doesn’t care.
Miles Henderson is their sales manager, he was ineffective at every level. I understand the looking after your employee's mentality but all he had to do was follow an email trail and he would have seen the torture we were going through.

You try going up or down the chain trying to get help but they are all not bothered.

Being a distributor is the worst position to be in, you take fire from your customer who you are doing everything in the world to do to help, then trying to contact BDS. They would never answer calls, sent wrong items, and took over 12 months on some occasions to get an order through. I tried holding video conferencing to sort it out but it was a waste of time. They couldn't hold onto staff long enough to get to know the product and our business.

One of their new systems failed on a 2021 1500 Silverado 6.2i during testing, 2000 miles from a city, we had to make bits and pieces up to get back to a walking pace. Could have been life-threatening.

Even their admin was atrocious, they just sent screen snips for invoices - no copy of PO's or real invoices to show customs. Their B2B system didnt work.

Then they made you - the client feel at fault. Just terrible. If they weren't owned by FOX they would go out of business. The only good kits they do are the ones you see a SEMA.

Don’t choose them unless you want your kit to arrive after you’ve sold the vehicle and lost every suspension customer you gained through your own marketing
