GROW WITH ME BRACELET
I have purchased four bracelets from Beadiful Baby for my niece and 3 granddaughters. The bracelets are great quality. I just shipped the first bracelet back as part of the grow with me bracelet program. They did such a great job on the new bracelet. It looks brand new. Unique charm designs
Unique bracelet designs made with care. We wanted something special for our goddaughter and these bracelets were just what we were looking for! It is a family run business which explains the love and care that is applied in their art. Would definitely recommend!

Top of the line pearls bracelet! Just what I needed!

I can’t say enough wonderful things…
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! I search for about an hour for different bracelets for my niece for her baptism and I was so reluctant because I wasn’t sure about the quality. Once I found BeadifulBABY, I knew this was going to be PERFECT! From start to finish, I was so impressed on how easy it was to build something so special for your love one. It’s so personal and will be cherished for years to come!

Just what they needed
I purchased both my granddaughters’ beautiful Christening bracelets from Beadiful Baby seven and five years ago. Best Customer Service
1st time on this site. Struggled to process order. Called customer serviced left message for a return call. CSR from Texas called and was the best help! She gave me tips on type of engraving and was very patient. Kudos on the service. I read reviews on quality of merchandise and excited to see my grand daughter's 1st bracelet.

Very frustrated - UPDATE
Update – After finally reaching BeadifulBaby and getting confirmation that they had not yet received the bracelet, I completed a missing mail form with USPS. Fortunately, Shelli/BeadifulBaby contacted me on Oct 20 to say that she did finally receive the bracelet and they will complete the repair and mail it back to me shortly. THANK YOU!! Interestingly the Post Office left me a voice mail and sent me an email yesterday, Oct 22, saying that they cannot locate the package. I mailed the bracelet to BeadifulBaby on September 14. I have no idea why it took a month to get to you but I’m glad it finally showed up.
Shelli, I appreciate your help and I love your bracelets and other gift items. I’ve purchased quite a few items from BeadifulBaby. I totally understand that you cannot fix a bracelet that you haven’t received. I mailed the bracelet on September 14 and the tracking information showed that it was out for delivery on September 16 and that it was awaiting an arrival scan on September 17. My frustration came from trying to reach you numerous times by phone and by email to confirm whether you had or had not received the bracelet. Thankfully you now have the bracelet and I look forward to getting it back all fixed and resized.
Very frustrated. Customer Service is awful! I've called several times and sent several emails. My granddaughters bracelet needed to be repaired and resized. I filled out the form online on September 11, 2020. My credit card was charged on September 12, 2020 for $51.64. I mailed the bracelet per the instructions on September 14, 2020. I sent if via USPS with a tracking number and insured. Tracking shows that it was out for delivery on September 16 and that it is awaiting an arrival scan on September 17. I have called several times and never received a return call. I filled out the contact form online and finally received a response from Shelli Galbraith on October 6, 2020. I returned her email with tracking information on October 7, asked for an update on October 9 and sent another email on October 11 and I just left another voice message. I would very much appreciate a response. Have you located the bracelet or do I need to file a claim through the post office?

We understand you mailed a bracelet you purchased from us two years ago in 2018 back to us to be resized as your granddaughter is older and has outgrown her tiny baby bracelet.
We offer this resizing service for all customers who buy our Grow-With-Me bracelets for a small fee. When a child outgrows their tiny baby bracelet, a customer may send their child's bracelet back to us to be made larger. We're delighted, MaryAnn, you'd like us to resize your granddaughter's bracelet, but as you know, we first need her bracelet back here in our store.
As you've explained it, the dilemma is the post office might have lost the package you mailed us. Per the tracking number (9516415240170258714145) you supplied us, your bracelet is still in possession of the post office. Your bracelet has not made it to us.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I purchased two bracelets for my twin 8 month old daughters, and we absolutely love them, however one bracelet was defective and ended up scratching my daughters face. I emailed the company immediately reported the incident. The person replaying to me was very quick to understand my needs and concerns. I expressed my wants to exchange the bracelet, she quickly offered and suggested a new bracelet and for no additional cost shipped out two replacements bracelets. The new bracelets arrived within a week, and are so beautiful. It’s so nice to deal with a USA based company who are honest and who put their customers First. I will continue to do business with Beadifulbaby. With my children being so young I have many years to purchase jewelry, and it will all come from this company. Don’t waste your time, this is the company to shop.

I received the earrings and decided…
I received the earrings and decided they were too small since my grand baby was already turning one! I sent a message the very next day asking of there was another mm size up. Customer service told me they would check with their other vendors. After sending three more Messages I have yet to hear back from the company. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company and I have ordered from them several other times. How hard can it be to email me and letting me know as to whether another vendor had and up size in mm for a birthstone earring???

It was good to talk to you today via text. As you now know from our conversation today and the screen prints of our email replies we texted you today -- we did indeed respond to all of your emails. We also called and left a message.
Be sure to check your email program on your iPhone - because you responded to our replies and on our very last email you responded with the one word "Hello" only as you can see from the screen prints of our email replies we texted you. So apparently you're receiving our emails but you're not able to see our replies. Our replies are visible in the screen prints we texted you. So we're happy we were able to show you we did indeed reply to you as we do value you as a customer.

If we do find larger 5mm synthetic ruby sterling silver rhodium screw back earrings we will contact you - as of now as we have communicated this option is not available in sterling silver screw back posts. We can get larger synthetic ruby earrings in a push back post or in gold in a screw back.

Beadiful baby has been a real joy to work with. When I had a question and request for them I received a response and a resolution literally within a few hours. I don't remember the last time I received such good customer service as with Beadiful Baby. I had further questions for them and someone was available while I was typing and the person that was online interacted with me as I typed. Their system was so amazing that was as I was typing the person I was conversing with could see my typing as I typed. They were able to respond to every sentence as soon as I typed it. That impressed me as great customer service. Anytime I talked with anyone with this company I quickly felt like I was chatting with a friend. When I later needed to contact them again I was treated like a friend again. I would highly recommend doing business with this company and to contact them if you have any questions or issues with confidence you'll be happy too. You won't find a better company to do business with. I would like to add that the bracelet I bought is just beautiful. Everything I hoped it would be.
