I've been purchasing my six year old's jewelry from BeadifulBaby since she was a few months old. The products are high quality, and their custom engraving comes out nicely. The latest interaction I had with them was icing on the cake. A bracelet I ordered was out of stock, and Ms. Shelli reached out to me via text about replacing it with a comparable item. Great customer service!
This bracelet was a replacement gift for a custom piece I ordered from another jewelry company. Their bracelet cost about six times more than BeadifulBaby's, but it was absolutely horrendous. They outsourced the item to China, and whoever did it there botched the custom engraving job, and the white gold metal was scratched and dented. If you're looking for cute children's jewelry that will be handled with care, go with BeadifulBaby.

I ordered a present for my daughter to arrive by Christmas. Unfortunately the item was not available after I placed my order. BeadifulBABY called me, told me the problem, and offered a solution that would still give me a beautiful ring for my daughter on Christmas morning! Thank you for going the extra mile. Wow. What a great experience I had. Customer service was excellent in a time where you’re lucky to have someone answer the phone! I ordered a personalized baptismal pin. As the day of the event approached I called to check on my delivery. The customer service rep said that they were just getting ready to call because the engraving machine was down. They offered to send the item and then pay for it to go back for engraving after the baptism. They paid for all shipping. Not only did they engrave the pin, they returned it beautifully wrapped! I will definitely be shopping with them again!! Thanks so much!!!
