Recently brought a Fiat Panda TwinAir from them, and on the way home two warning lights came on!

The Radio also turned itself off and would not turn back on.

And even with the headlight switch on the OFF position the lights would not turn off.

The Stop Start system would not work.

The dealer said that most of the issues were as they had fitted a non Stop Start Battery, proving they known of the problems prior to sale.

We returned the vehicle under the sales of goods act and were issued with a card refund (took 5 days to arrive back in our bank).

The seller put the faulty vehicle back on AutoTrader within 20 mins of us returning it!

If I had had researched the trust pilot reviews of this garage I would never have brought the vehicle, lesson learnt!

Had a car delivered . They said it had a service but it hadn't been serviced since 2019. The electric wing mirrors are broken drivers door doesn't lock the list goes on. They are refusing to pay for the repairs . Will cost over £2000 to put right. The garage is miles away and the left quickly after handing me the only key that I'm sure didn't come with the car two of the good reviews on there website I'm positive are the men that delivered the car to me and work at garage. Don't buy anything from them . Please.

I live up in the rural far north-east, but was coming down south to visit friends and family, so decided to trade in my old car and buy a ‘new’ car whilst I was down, because there would be a much wider choice. I found a Fiat Panda 4x4 on Autotrader, advertised by Beadlow Motors, which was at a very reasonable price (I should’ve known better – if it seems too good to be true it usually is!) and paid a £100 returnable deposit. When my journey was delayed because my stepfather had Covid, Beadlow Motors tried to double-deal me and double the deposit (without even taking down the listing). Then a clued-up friend pointed me in the direction of the entirely terrible reviews on Trustpilot, and advised me that I needed to do some further investigation before parting with any more of my money. So I set about doing some digging. I discovered that Beadlow are not accredited with the Motor Ombudsman, meaning if anything goes wrong the purchaser has no avenue of redress. And when I investigated them on Companies House I got even more suspicious - Beadlow Motors were only incorporated two years ago, and several other used car sales companies (some dissolved) are listed as operating at the exact same address at 214 Dallow Road. And I wasn't surprised to learn that the company is not owned by British nationals. My friend then visited Beadlow Motors to take a look and told me the premises looked more like a scrapyard than a car dealership. After all this, no longer having any faith in Beadlow Motors, I cancelled the purchase. I explained exactly why I was cancelling the purchase, and asked them to return my returnable £100 deposit. Why they bothered to ask for my bank details for the return of my deposit I have no idea, because over a month on and I’m still waiting. But I’d rather lose £100 on the deal than be lumbered with an expensive wreck. I felt pretty stupid after all this, not having much previous experience in buying second-hand cars. But I have learned a valuable lesson. In the end I paid a bit more and purchased a very good little car from a properly accredited dealership in Bedford. Finally, please note - the recent 5-star reviews both suddenly appeared after I’d cancelled my purchase with Beadlow Motors and drawn their attention to the terrible Trustpilot reviews - and I strongly suspect that these reviews are fakes.

I have recently dealt with this company and sharing my experience is a must to prevent others to make the same mistake. My first interaction via phone was smooth as they seemed reliable. They sent me photos and videos of the car which looked great at first sight. I paid a £100 deposit to take the car off the market, a red KIA Picanto, 5-seater (reg. plate MF61 XNS). After that I was literally begging for more information. The guy I spoke to guaranteed that the car was in perfect shape and had full-service history. Documents said otherwise as he had no proof of service for years 2015, 2019 to 2022. The odd was that this car had a clear last MOT inspected by V107449 Mansfield MOT Centre. I sent a mechanic to check, and he basically said that the car was in no shape whatsoever. The cambelt needed changing and so did the oil as it was black. Test drive was not ok as the car was heading to left direction. I called back and told him that he misinformed about the condition of the car. He got angry and said that the cambelt was not mentioned in the advertisement and therefore I was not misinformed and that he can service the car for a fee of £100. The estimate amount to fully repair the car will have to be approximately £1000 pounds. PLEASE AVOID as it is a matter of safety. The car is still available in the market.
