My cards were dead easy to design & they are fantastic quality.

Delivery was actually much quicker than I thought.

The only negative is that you can’t see order progress when you log in to their site. In fact the order page was completely blank.

Our order was printed and shipped really quickly and they even fixed an error in the artwork we supplied without us asking. Found them very helpful to work with.

I ordered transparent shoe cover labels and initially received the wrong shape. They were quick to resolve by sending me the right shape and their reply regarding the issue had me in stitches. So nice to speak to humans not cogs in machines.
The replacements were smaller than I expected, I must have read the wrong dimensions, so I wouldn't get them again but would use again for other items as the customer service was great and everything arrived quickly.

Went above and beyond
Double sided ceramic bauble, one of the pictures I sent would not have printed very good. They sent me an example of how it would have looked.
Fortunately I found a better picture
Prompt 48hr dispatch, delayed as just before Xmas, but arrived in time, now on the tree

Disappointed by the decision not to post to Northern Ireland (UK). we have bought labels previously prior to 13/12/24 therefore work arounds are available for General Product Safety Regulation (EU 2023/988).

Royal mail and other online sellers / platforms can easily navigate this but Beanprint cant?

I reached out to Beanprint about shipping to Northern Ireland, and frankly, I was surprised by their response. They claimed that Brexit and the Windsor Framework made it too complicated, citing customs checks and paperwork as reasons they don’t ship to “Ireland.”

However, Northern Ireland is part of the UK, not the EU! Shipping here is no more complicated than within the rest of the UK, especially for UK-made items like postcards. It seems like Beanprint doesn’t have a firm grasp on geography—or basic logistics, for that matter.

It’s a shame, really. With all the “beans” they’re selling, you’d think they’d be able to grow their understanding of local delivery options. Instead, they’ve opted to miss out on an easy market.

I’ll be looking for a more open-minded company going forward.

Wonderful company, they've been my go-to print company for years now.
