What a complete joke their website is not easy to use at all. It asked you to upload an image and it says how many sheets do you want? A sheet is very confusing. How about ask? How many images you want at the size required as I then went on to do a WA conversation With this website and they could not. Answer me the question that their own website asks, what a mess I’ve blocked these m and I will not be using these. There are thousands of other companies.

This is a special gift with true meaning, and I know that you were worried with what I sent, with regards picture quality/text message, but you came good and resolved any issues and printed out a lovely keepsake in time for Christmas 2024.

This is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with, I place an order it states delivered however I was on holiday and there saying there is nothing they will do regarding a refund or resending the labels I think this website is a scam please beware!!! Also the director Nicole who I spoke to was absolutely shocking bacsiy stating I’m lying that I haven’t received them.

Wow super fast delivery- order came next day! They are bright and vibrant and look great quality -am yet to use them as they are for September school year but first impression 5*

I sent through some poor quality photos and they contacted me and we worked together to one good enough to make into a face mask. Delivery was fast and when I needed a second batch they were able to use the same photo and again very prompt delivery. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them.

Sent over some poor quality photos, so unfortunately they couldn’t fulfil that, were more than happy to refund me the order, but I managed to find some better pics and received the banners/bunting within 2 days. Excellent service, and have used before, so knew the quality would be fab!

I ordered personalised placeholders and paid extra for tracked delivery. They arrived the very next day. The quality was even better than I was expecting, the photo I'd uploaded was so clear. Excellent service.

I ordered bottle and jar labels from beanprint from around 2021-2023, plus a fair amount of other things like posters. I would have received hundreds of labels from beanprint.

Always excellent, posted on time and great quality.

I have had occasion to get some technical help with my images, and that was very helpful.

I can think of maybe one or two occasions where the wrong material was used in a sticker, or something was wrong, and they resolved my issue quickly

Ordered personalised shot glasses. Avoid this company. Plastic glasses were very small and thin . Came with stickers which had to be put on but the plastic was so flimsy it cracked making them unusable. Customer service very rude insisting I was at fault for not reading small print and being unable to add stickers properly. Complete waste of money

I ordered 37mm round stickers and business cards. Great products and great customer service! There was an issue with the original designs that I supplied and BeanPrint kindly let me know so that I could resubmit a new file and they reprinted it for me. It arrived quickly and I'm really happy! :)

I recently had a baby so personalised printed birthday cards is a must with a cheeky picture of my little one, great price, even quicker turn around and can collect the same day! Excellent when I've left it last minute like always!

The proposed delivery date came up later than I needed, but I phoned to enquire and was told there would not be a problem. I paid extra for Royal Mail tracking and was delighted to receive the masks the day after I ordered them. They had easy to insert elastics and made for a great event

As someone who has only recently started creating and distributing my own prints, I was looking for an affordable printing company with competitive pricing that wouldn't break the bank. I got that and more with Beanprint, as not only does the quality of print fair well against more expensive printing companies that I sampled, but their customer service is excellent too. Dani was quick to respond to all of my questions via Instagram, sometimes even outside of office hours, which is above-and-beyond good service IMO.

When i got the package quickly opened it up and WOW! These look soo much better and simple compared to what my uncle made. My design is much simple and all you have to do is scan the QR code which leads the person to leave a review on my tiktok page!

I had a very large order of photo & print personalised items. It had arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. Quality of items and printing is perfect couldn’t have come out better in my opinion. Thank you!

labels that weren't very sticky and the writing quality was terrible to the point you could hardly read it! My customer sent me a pic and I passed the image onto the company which they thought looked fine! I called and spoke to the director Nickoll who was really unhelpful and downright rude! She stated I would need to return the labels which my customer had binned as they were terrible and was expecting my customer to pay to send them back to me and for me to pay to send them back to her business! Her customer service skills are shocking. AVOID this company like the plague, if you have any issues you don't have a hope in hell of receiving a refund! Basically taking money from people ripping them off! By the looks of some of the comments we are not the only ones been on the receiving end of there shady service!
