First class customer service!
There was a mix up with my order and somehow I got sent my order but in the wrong font, I contacted Bear and Rose, they got back to me within 24 hours and sorted the problem! A great company, I’ve used them many times for a number of gifts/ tags! Absolute first class customer service!

Got beautifully made little wooden reindeer for glasses which are personalised. Loved everything about them. Delicate, perfect size and great personalisation as well as a little free gift. Would use business again in a heartbeat.
