I recently had a bespoke media wall with an electric fire installed by Ned and Justin from Fraser James Blinds, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.
From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were outstanding. They really listened to everything I asked for, took on board all my requests (and even my snagging!), and still managed to exceed my expectations.
They took real care to make sure everything was fitted perfectly, and the final finish has completely transformed the room. The media wall looks incredible and the electric fire adds such a modern, high-end feel — exactly what I was hoping for (and more).
They were also friendly, punctual, and left everything spotless once the job was done, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
I’d highly recommend Fraser James Blinds and team, specifically Ned and Justin to anyone looking for a bespoke media wall and excellent service. Brilliant job — thank you both!

Really prompt and friendly. The fitter fitted 5 sets of Venetian blinds in less than an hour and a half. And they look perfect. I was also very pleased with the cost. I expected it to be more, so was pleasantly surprised in this present climate.

Ned fitted our blinds to a very high standard. The quality of the blinds are great and function as expected. The blinds have made our bay windows look so much brighter and can be adjusted in different positions to allow the light in or shut completely for privacy.
