Order was placed on 8/26 with standard shipping. After two weeks, my package still had no updates, unable to be tracked so I reached out with a communication ticket and texted the number provided on the “contact” tab, still without a response in past 48hrs. I am truly excited for this product and understand shipping takes time and delays happen. I am just worried that it has been over two weeks and I keep getting advertisements from Bearbutt team, but no communication about my order since 9/26. Thank you for your time.

Still have no confirmation since Aug 11 2026 I dunno but I paid for my hammock double n nothing

I ordered the hammock and the extension straps which ended up coming separately. Customer service was very helpful and resolved an issue with the tracking number in a timely fashion.

CS team was helpful to get reorder for correct color after bear butt cancelled original, but did not get 20% discount as promised on reorder of correct color that I received on original order. Don't promise if you don't plan of following through. Thank you

It’s not that complicated. I wanted hammock, you sell hammock. I give you shiny rocks, you send me hammock.

We ordered a 2 person hammock and the extra straps and only the straps were in the box. No hammock to be found, so I paid 75 dollars for a strap.

The Christmas gift that I ordered weeks before Christmas was never shopped and I can’t get in touch with anyone. They shipped the extra straps I purchased and never shipped the hammock

Easily Navigable website. Easy to find products, and easy to order. Communication about shipping was spot on. What more could one want?

When my nightly hammock snapped, I knew I needed a new double, and was weary of what was out there. Having had one of these before, and knowing they are trustworthy, I got another Bearbutt after ten years.

Your website sucks!!!! I emailed for help and absolutely recieved none. Won’t buy another bear butt hammock.

The shopping process took forever and customer service was passive aggressive and not helpful.

I ordered two items, one showed up, they took a few weeks to tell me they weren't actually going to ever send me the second. I was eventually refunded, but the few weeks of confusion were frustrating!
