Colors bled after first rain.

It took a long time to be delivered and finally got it wrong color. That’s the reason for two stars.

We love your hammocks! My kids travel with them and put them up on campus, while traveling, at the beach, and at home!

The hammock was sewn with one side tighter than the other making it difficult and not as nice a older ones I’ve owned, quite frustrating.

Good quality

Shipping delayed by over a week with no update or way to track shipping status. When item was received, only one of the two items I ordered were sent.

Customer service is very polite and provided a quick response though.

I ordered a double hammock, and have yet to receive it. A few days later I ordered straps, a fly cover and a rain cover. I have only received the fly cover and the straps. Why does it take you so long to ship the items to me?
Truly, I’m not happy.
Prices go up and the customer services ho down, WAY DOWN! It’s not just you, but everyone, everywhere!!

Fast shipping, love the product

Edit; leaving original written review, but updating rating, Bearbutt reached out to me 3 days after I sent inquiries on my missing order and have shipped me the remaining hammock.

Original review; My full order was never received, I recently ordered 2 hammocks from Bearbutt but only received one. I haven't been updated about the order in any way after partial delivery. I have reached out multiple times, through contact methods listed on Bearbutts website, but have received no help or update on where the missing hammock is. The products are very good, I wish customer service was a little more reactive.

Easy, get straps

Super fast delivery and great customer service. Every time I’ve had issues their team has gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Received packages quickly. Ordered a Gray Rain Fly but received a Blue one instead but actually liked the Blue after seeing it in person and decided to keep it. 🙂

Quick responses to issues with my order (receiving the incorrect color of hammock). Easy to return and immediately received refund. I would recommend a statement on the double person hammock page that if you view a color, it doesn't automatically choose that color for your order. You have to select it below before adding to the cart. That was my mistake but BearButt made it right! Thanks!

The products are outstanding & quality materials. Turn-a-round time is very good. Doing a return is a little difficult & shipping costs are on the customer.

I ordered a hammock from this company. They sold out of the color I ordered, and did not let me know until later. They were slow with shipping the product and communicating about the color issue.

Ordering the hammock was easy. It came within a few days and looks great. I can’t wait to give it as a Christmas gift!

The fact that they responded and corrected an error very quickly!
