Excellent service. Very friendly, fast and efficient. Highly recommended. They fixed my damaged spare tyre tube in a matter of minutes. Very impressed, will most certainly use these guys again.

I booked into get 4 new tyres for my vehicle to take advantage of the 'buy3, get 1 free' deal that is currently being advertised at the Blacktown store. As I am an NRMA member, I was eligible for a free wheel alignment which was also added at the time of my booking over the phone. When I arrived on Saturday 24/7/21, I mentioned my name and the manager bought up the order and proceeded to get the work underway. Once the car was ready, I went to pay the total and the manager gave me a full price including the price of the wheel alignment ($75). I questioned this and he asked me for my quote number even though he had the order in front of him. I told him that the wheel alignment was free because of my NRMA membership and he then corrected the total. I am not happy that he tried to rip me off $75...he was totally unprofessional and I will never get tyres from Beaurepaires again.

Highly Recommend
We are also a mechanical workshop and desperately needed a battery last minute that was difficult to find. Rang Beaurepaires Maroubra as they listed the battery online and had one in stock. I drove over straight away and Mark Rydling (Manager) was so nice, helpful, and honest. So thank you Mark it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Terrible Service
I had my wheel alignment done at Fountaingate Beaurepairs as my steering was pulling slightly to the left. After completion of the wheel alignment, I was told by staff that the steering was still pulling to the left, and that I needed to take my car to Holden because there was obviously something wrong with the power steering. After consulting with a few mechanics, I took my Holden to Tyrepower to redo my wheel alignment after which they informed me that the rear was out so much it was causing the front end to pull the steering to the left. Tyrepower also confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the power steering but that the previous wheel alignment had not been done properly. Terrible service.

Excellent Services by Blacktown Store
Great services provided by at Blacktown Store Manager Ashish. He is very kind and helpful. I recently purchased tyres and he explained me about very good deals as I bought four tyres but pay only for three. Before that I went different stores but nobody explained me like him. Strongly recommend and you cannot get better services then that. All staff is very helpful and cooperative. Once again thanks for your services Ashish. Good luck👍😊

I booked online but did not recieve…
I booked online but did not recieve phone confirmation. They didn't put hub cap on correctly so that is now lost. They left bonnet unlatched. 1 hour fitment of tyres? I called them 4.5 hours after drop off and it was ready.
Not the professional service i was expecting.

I was happy with the service but…
I was happy with the service but unhappy that it wasn't made clear to me that i would get $100 off if I bought a set of 4 and it was too late once I had made the purchase. I ended up paying a few hundred dollars less for 2 than if I bought 4.

In all my years I have never seen worst…
In all my years I have never seen worse customer service.
I have been given a faulty tyre and they refuse to change it until they sort out their problem with the manufacture of the Tyre.
Meanwhile it’s public holiday and I’m stuck home can’t move.
To add insult to injury iv been calling for 5 days and no one knows what to do because “our supervisor is not answering” ( their words ) DISGUSTING SERVICE
