Simple store selection and booking system. Very convenient. Vehicle finder works pretty well too.

I paid and booked online only to turn up and they said that I have to wait for another car to be done before mine. The guy was abrupt and not friendly. I waited for over an hour to get 1 tyre replaced due to slashing and baldness. They did not let me know it was complete. I had to go back to the shop to check as it was taking so long. I went to the reception area and they never acknowledged me and just gave me an invoice and keys. I said thank you but still they did not say a word to me.

Just wanting to feed back about the fantastic service provided by Tony at Beaurepaires Pymble. He went above and beyond to solve my problem. As a result you have a very satisfied customer who will keep coming back!

Manager at the store was amazing. He explained me the product and did the job in just 45 minutes. Store looked fantastic too. It just didn't feel like I was buying tyres. I think I made a good choice by visiting Beaurepaires Blacktown.

Bad customer service

Just wanted to leave a great review of the service provided by the staff at the Wyong store. We got a flat tyre on the highway and headed to the store to have it repaired. Store manager Al not only ensured the tyre was fixed quickly, but provided excellent advice on tyres in general. A great experience all round.

Problem with the date and time. Booking entered for 0930 on 1st of April but on booking summary it has come up as 2030 which is pm on 1st April. When you view details it comes up as right time and day.

Five stars to the staff at beaurepaires PARRAMATTA thanks for getting us back on the road quickly!!!!

Wonderful service and great quality tire replacement and wheel alignments! Booked my tires and appointment online and turns out I ordered the wrong sized tires. They accomodated to it and even matched the price for the correct size. Overall great value for money!

Apart from the changing of my 4 tires, I paid upfront for the wheel alignment service, but I didn't receive the document (report) confirming it was done and with all the information on the alignment that was performed.
Supposedly the machine was "out of ink" to print the report.
After a few days, I still feel the car out of balance drifting to the right, so I wonder if the service was ever done?

Polite, fast, friendly service for installation and alignment of 4 new tyres. The car was ready at the exact pick up time promised.

Just went in to get four tyres, Michael and the service he provided was exceptional!!! I've never had an experience like that. I highly recommend Michael Clark from beaurepairs Wetherill Park, he'll look after you. Great price! Great service ! Truly a great asset to the company.
