No gimmicks, no fuss, just good old fashioned efficient service. Thankyou.

Made an online booking for Beaurepaires on a Saturday morning at 9.30. Rocked up to the store as per the scheduled booking to find the store closed. Called the main switchboard to find out that the West Footscray store hasn’t been open on a Saturday for 4 years! Subsequently had to make another booking at the full price. However the store did provide a free wheel alignment, so can’t question the work. Need to fix their bloody online booking system though!

Michael the manager from preston baurepairs was excellent, he made sure the tyres where done properly on my car excellent service and quick.

I showed up a day early, my error, but the guys fitted me in anyway. I work nearby and appreciated the lift back to work while the tyres were being fitted and also being picked up after the fitting to be reunited with my car.

Great service from Tom the Manager. a lot of discussion on tyres for the suitability for the ute and application. After much deliberation between 3 Quality Brands of tyres, finally decided on a set of Dunlop at3 G.

I normally don't do feedback but I just have to commend Frank and the team at Cairns, Sheridan St Beaurepairs and also the team at Portsmith Beaurepairs. They are so professional and courteous. It it so nice to walk into a mechanic and be treated with respect and polite words. You have a customer for life in me thanks to your amazing Cairns teams and especially Frank and the boys. They deserve a slab of beer or a raise!

Better communication and organisation required so we have finished the job and don’t have to wait 45 minutes after the time you suggested

Built in warranty not asked for but not clearly stated in end pricing either. Bit dodgy but staff really polite always. Product always good, sales technique lacking transparency on purpose which is the only thing that lets them down .

guys where good started and finished on time/ price was in the ball park.could have been a little cheaper.but everybody wants them for nothing.as long as they dont go flat iam happy cheers

Always great deal/tyres. Only one thing last 2 times my steering wheel has not been aligned and had to take it back to be done properly

Excellent service and product. I recently went to purchase two new tyres. Once I was there, the genetleman who served me informed me that that I actually needed all four tyres to be replaced due to the wear on them, but that they had a special to buy four and pay for three only. This was completed while I waited.

Fast forward a month, and one of my new tyres picked up a nail. The RAC man said that the tyre should be replaced due to the location of the nail rather than patched. I took the car back to buy a replacement and Beaurepaires Balcatta gave a new tyre for free. You can not get better service then that. Highly recommend.
