What an absolute gem!
Such a personable, helpful website! I can't believe I have only just discovered this gem. I am definitely no expert with make-up but wanted something special for my wedding day and having viewed and read several of Katie's tips, I purchased a few items. Katies tutorials & Products are fantastic for older ladies
If you're a complete nightmare with makeup like I am, but now getting older and don't like the zombie look, Katie's tips are superb. I have never really worn makeup so I am a total novice. The tutorials are really easy to follow and the products she recommends are fabulous too.

I'm not surprised that this company…
I'm not surprised that this company gets glowing reviews, as they really do go above and beyond for their customers. I'm not sure how they make money though because they seem to do random acts of kindness for people (my recent surprise was MUCH appreciated). I have purchased products from here over the years and one of my favourites is the Rested and Youthful by Katie.
I blend two colours - the Porcelain and Fair - to get my perfect colour match. It really is beautiful and makes me look less tired. It doesn't crease or settle in fine lines. The trick is to pat in a small amount (over foundation) until it totally blends in with your skin. Then re-layer if needed.
Katie has an excellent tutorial to show you how to do this. I also mix R&Y with moisturiser and apply it all over my face on 'light' make-up days. The packaging is unique and gorgeous. I love having it in my make-up bag.

Youthful and Rest under eye perfector works like magic!
I’ve loved all the products I’ve used and I particularly wanted to mention the Love Katie Rested and Youthful under eye perfector - it works like magic!
Having tried absolutely loads of concealers, this one is hands down the most amazing product I’ve ever used. A tiny amount of this incredibly light liquid covers my dark circles without looking discoloured, heavy or caking. I’ve no idea how you’ve created this magic formula but I will never use anything else!

Exceptional Products | Personalised Service
Katie and the team excel in their descriptions of the products they sell. You always get exactly what it says on the tin! I’m a repeat customer who swears by their Doe Eye mascara, Daniel Sandler fluid blush and the Eye Of Horus eyeliners (of which I own 4 colours!). I’ve been shopping with B&TB for around 6 years now and I use them for bespoke items, e.g. after years of searching for non-smudging, waterproof eye makeup I stumbled across this website and it was the answer to all my prayers. My purchases always arrive promptly and are beautifully wrapped and with little instruction cards on the products I purchased. It feels like a bespoke service, especially with the love heart sweets which I always enjoy! It’s safe to say B&TB have a lifelong customer in me.

Lovely, relatable and down to earth People
I've bought many things off this company over the past few years. I absolutely love watching the videos on how to apply the products etc and the advice they give is so helpful. Katie and Katie (yes that's right!) make me laugh so much and they are so down to earth. They have the same problems as most of us do with dark circles, line and wrinkles and to see them start from scratch with the make up tutorial just makes them even more relatable. I have contacted Customer service on the odd time and nothing is too much trouble. The products they promote and sell are top notch and I have never been disappointed with any of them.

Customer service is incredible
This company really is something else when it comes to customer service.
I haven't properly trialled the products I have received but the customer service has blown me away.
On of the products I received was unfortunatley damaged. I emailed on a Sunday and within 30 minutes they had sent out a new product. Incredible.
Prior to purchase I had questions and the team helped by email very quickly which gave me the confidence to place my order.
Please keep up the excellent customer service it really is amazing.
The videos on the website are also fab.

I have just ordered for the first time…
I have just ordered for the first time cosmic glow - so many times I have been taken in by adverts to find they fail to meet expectations when you buy them, BUT I honestly love this to a point I am obsessed with this product !!
A 58 year old woman with dull skin I have tried many products to make it come to life and thus does exactly what Katie said it would do !! I keep looking in the mirror as amazed at how fresh and shiny my face looks!
I would thoroughly recommend trying this product yourselves!

Everything I’ve bought so far has been high quality and looks expensive and luxurious.
I’ve finally found an eyeshadow palette that not only suits my colouring it compliments my eyes beautifully (The Rare Gem). I’m 62 and my search is over for eyeshadow I can quickly apply for a lovely fresh day look and a beautiful evening look..all in one palette.
The overnight face tanner is gorgeous. Subtle and gives me a fresh, healthy tan without looking fake or orange. Doesn’t transfer to pillows either!
Can’t wait for my next delivery!

What a brilliant customer service
What a brilliant customer service. I placed an order which arrived in a couple of days. Very impressive. Each item beautifully wrapped with a lovely card or thanks for the order. I then realised I had forgotten something off my order and messaged to ask if it was possible to send this separately without the 20% discount as it would have been if I had originally included it. As it was my first order they then sent it out to me and even better, it was complimentary. Cannot fault this company - prompt, friendly, informative. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Thank you.

New to makeup
I stumbled across Beauty and the Boutique by accident via an ad online which I don’t normally bother to watch. However Katie instantly engaged me so I continued to watch. I am late 50s and never been interested in make up before but now find myself engaged and a customer! The products I have used so far have been great, good quality without being over the top price wise. The customer service has been excellent. Very pleased.

I love everything about Beauty and the…
I love everything about Beauty and the Boutique, the vast array of products, the huge resource of tips and tricks, video tutorials and guidance and the amazing customer service. The quality of the products are excellent - I've not been disappointed with anything i have bought (and it's a lot!) The customer service is the best I have ever come across - they are prompt at responding to any questions or queries and literally fall over themselves to help you and are always so kind.
With the videos and tutorials to follow and the new products I've gained so much confidence in the make up and my skin health - I feel like it's really improved, which is a massive boost.
I've also read on their website things they do to support the environment and support a dog charity abroad - a very strong socially conscious business.
