Excellent products, customer service. Love Love Love

I have been using the Beauty Pro masks and Serums for some time now. The products are amazing and my skin looks and feels fantastic.

I have tried so many eye patches and Beauty Pro are still the best. They don't slip down your face and make a definite difference to the under eye area. I use them daily and can see an improvement from long term use.

Absolutely horrible! The mask came with half of the yellow lights not working I returned it right away and some absolutely crazy person from their team started telling me how she will not refund me because the mask was not the same they send me and it was used… when I received I photographed how I open it and try the lights in front of camera because I did read they have a lot of issues with the lights . It was an absolutely horrid experience at the end I had to call the owner of the company who told me after check that the mask inside my box was old one when I ordered the V2 .. so he returned my money but that happened after days of torture from that person from his team . I would never want to see that brand again

Love the beauty pro range. Great value along with being Vegan. Great results from any product I have tried.

These products really make a difference, I feel like I have had a spa treatment at home! I love the eye masks after a long day and the brightening Vitamin C mask leaves my skin looking so refreshed.

The online order process is seamless and straightforward.
Customer service is top notch. We had an issue due to customs protocols, yet the team at BeautyPro supported and ensured that the products arrived in a timely fashion.
The products are fantastic. We ordered a selection from the range and have been impressed with all of them. Particularly the 'Retinol under eye patch', they are rejuvenating and refreshing. I also like the hydrating and softening 'Bakuchiol facial sheet mask'.
I am in no doubt that I'll be reordering these products (and others from the range) soon.

I think the products are really beautiful to use. I also love the way they are plant based and vegan ingredients too.

Extremely helpful Customer Service, who replaced a product almost immediately.

Since I bought this product I have had really bad blemishes, red pimples, very uneven skin. I really didn’t see the worth for money. Please return my money

I bought their LED Wand on Singapore Airlines, it is broken within just one month. The blue light became not functional and the next day, the entire device could no longer vibrate and became dead.

I reached out via email to file warranty and received no reply. I also reached out to their Instagram, someone named Chloe replied just once and went missing in person.

The product is terrible and the customer service is of no existence.

I purchased the mask in Dec 24 and have not used it as regular as recommended. Some of the lights have stopped working, but different lights in different settings.
Also one of the settings has 2 different lights on at the same time and the IR setting is glowing a dull red, which should not be this colour, as far as I'm am aware, it should be white, I'm presuming this is a fault?
Considering the cost of the unit was £195.00, 14 months ago I would not expect this to happen. Company are not interested as it just out of warrenty....a lot of money for little use!!
