I purchased a roccabox gift box. The products were well packed and arrived promptly.
The products included were great and kind to my skin, they smelt gorgeous especially the hydrating and strengthening shampoo,and the hydrating and nourishing body butter.

Never received my boxes
Never received my boxes. I had a subscription a couple of years ago and it was great re signed up for the boxes and past two months my orders have been canceled and I have had to chase a refund still awaiting a refund for this months box have canceled my subscription now which is a real shame I was looking forward to getting the boxes again but no point if I never receive them. Really disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant quality and incredible value for money
Every single box is packed with premium, high-end beauty products full-size & deluxe items. You get a wonderful mix of skincare, makeup, haircare, bodycare & fragrance, all carefully curated by Roccabox.
The quality is outstanding, proper luxury products I'd happily pay full price for, but the boxes cost just £15–£18 yet contain £60–£140+ worth of goods . It’s honestly unbeatable value for money. Every month feels like a treat, you discover amazing new favourites, and the standard never drops. I ordered 2 boxes this time and am so delighted with the items!

I was just about done with Beauty…
I was just about done with Beauty Boxes, I’ve had them all, Glossybox, Birchbox, the one I can’t remember and Cohorted. I was fed up of getting the same stuff (always a toner, always a night moisturiser) and certainly with Cohorted who seem to have their boxes on repeat. I tried this one through a free offer with Sky. I was impressed. Two more boxes in I am still impressed - and it’s less than half the price of Cohorted. Time will tell I suppose but so far so good.

Awful customer service
I've only had 2 boxes. Both arrive ripped and soggy. Last month's the entire toner leaked and this month a water face spray leaked. When I reached out, they expected me to rummage through my bins and recycling to find the empty boxes. Baring in mind it's from a month ago! They wouldn't just replace the item for me. Awful customer service

Our standard process requires photographs of both the damaged products and the packaging they arrived in so that we can investigate with our warehouse and delivery partners before issuing replacements.
Although this evidence wasn't available in this instance, we made an exception as a gesture of goodwill and arranged replacement items for both products. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to resolving issues wherever we can.
