Everything was great. I did have a slight issue entering my address information but that might have been an issue on my part as I was using my phone. Regardless everything came in time and was exactly as it appeared online. Very pleased.

OVERALL 9/10
I absolute love this mannequin. I am in cosmetology school and these are the ones we use so I had to get my own to have while at home. However I didn’t get no notification of when it shipped and when it’s arrived. Came to my doorstep and was scared to open it because I didn’t know what it was. Overall 9/10 LOVE TINA

Tracking gone wrong, customer service gone right.
I could not track my order through the links provided, however when I reached out to them via email, the customer service was great. I was then able to track my package through a separate link they gave.

I ordered my manikin head last Monday and received it today, the following Monday. Super easy to order super fast service. You can also trust that their product is of the highest quality. I called customer service for the status of my order, the customer representative was nice and knowledgeable. I will be ordering from Beauty School Store in the future.

Price was too good to be true
The iron makes an awful buzzing noise. The switch is very loose. It's a tiny iron. I'm disappointed. Currently need to wait until Monday so I can start a return.
