We bought a leaf memory foam 8inch deep with the 2 inch memory double mattress. We had a couple issues of payments not going through but that was my own fault as my billing address was wrong! We selected delivery for Wednesday but the mattress came a few days earlier which was an unexpected surprise!
Loving the mattress so far, very soft which is what my girlfriend wanted, I prefer a harder mattress but I still sleep really well on it. Keeps you at a comfortable temperature as well.
I would recommend beds.net to friends, just make sure you set up an account with them and make sure all your bank details are correct before paying!

Purchased a bed from this company, with a specific delivery date. On the day of supposed delivery, had no email to say it was dispatched or delivery notice. I phoned the company, only to be told they didn’t have it in stock, and wouldn’t know for the next 2 weeks if they would even have it from their supplier. I find it bad practise and shocking not to bother sending an email to inform their customers to say that the item they have bought is no longer in stock. Further, why are they selling items online if they don’t have it in stock?? Only bonus is I got a quick refund due to paying with PayPal. Wouldn't buy from here again due to terrible customer contact and lying about having an item in stock.

I am very happy with my mattress cover, received order within a couple of days, having the best night sleep ever. love love it.

Prompt delivery and the topper is really really thick and supportive. Misshaped on arrival but completely straightened out over a couple of hours. No smell like other toppers and feels dreamy when lying on it. Bought for spare bed and not used it overnight as yet but looking forward to a restful nights sleep.

I purchased a 4 inch depth mattress topper for my 24 year old grandson who has suffered with back problems. He was really thrilled and said it was really comfortable and the best night's sleep he had ever had.

Bought my topper and was really pleased. But when delivered they forgot to put my topper cover I telephone them straight away they sent me one out it arrived in days.would certainly recommend.

No problems with this Company, the Mattress topper I bought was good quality, and delivered earlier than expected. 2 recommendations though. My wife and I are elderly and found that the supplied cover was very difficult to fit plus there were no straps on the corners to hold the topper in place.
