Oh my God we love it !!! It's perfect and just what we wanted. The quality is absolutely amazing. Delivery was super quick and communication was great from ordering to getting our bed delivered.
The bed was easy to assemble which I did by myself as it was very straight forward even for someone like me. Great service overall and would recommend you to everyone.

I ordered the king size sleigh bed in cream maple. From ordering to receiving the bed everything was smooth and near perfect. The bed came well packed and literally took minutes to assemble.
Once built the bed looks extremely nice and makes our bedroom grand. Very pleased with my bed, the ordering process and quick delivery.

First time ordering from Bed Universe and I will be ordering from them again! The bed is beautiful and came fairly quickly considering the current delays in pandemic. It was really easy to put together, love the design and quite sturdy. I'm happy with this purchase.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star (had to put a rating in, minimum 1 star). Absolutely appalling service from this company, and their couriers. Delivery has been pushed back after several attempts of contacting them due to no contact about my order. I have been advised 'there is no point delivering to my area for just 1 bed' as they have no other deliveries for my area. I was even advised this morning that it would be delivered tomorrow, and now the couriers won't agree this. Quick to take my money but now not quick to deliver because apparently it's an inconvenience to them, what an absolute joke!!! Trying to raise a complaint but communication is VERY slow.

I ordered a king size bed and was told 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. That's fine. However, I received an email and a text at 12.30am to say that my bed was being delivered that day, this is the first contact since ordering. I was 2 hours away, my partner was having an operation that day. The courier messaged at 5.30am to say he was half an hour away and didn't believe that I wasn't there! He asked me to text him with the reason it wasn't delivered. I emailed bed universe to complain about the lack of notice who said that they would rearrange delivery and ask the courier to give me more notice. So last night the courier rang at 10pm to inform me that the bed will be delivered at 5am this morning. He was utterly unpleasant on the phone, wouldn't let me speak. When I said 5am was unacceptable he yelled it would be 10pm then as I didn't understand the situation. I asked him for the name of the courier company, he then told me that he wasn't going to deliver it because I was shouting. I said to bring it this morning, he did, at 4.30am!! He wouldn't bring it into the house and basically drove off and left part of it leaning against my house. My partner, who had the operation less than a week ago had to help me get it in the house. I have emailed bed universe again, because the phone number doesn't work, as yet I've had no response.

The bed I brought was over 2 weeks late being delivered. Then when it got here, it had damaged and missing parts and was the wrong bed!
Customer services told me it was the bed I ordered and tried to treat me like an idiot and fob me off. The quality of the bed was very shoddy and badly made so I was lucky I had the right to return it. I have since brought a bed elsewhere and the quality is completely different and ten times better than bed universe. Do not buy from this company unless you want a poor quality bed that won’t last 5 minutes. Customers services are complete liars, I managed to get the bed collected and a full refund in the end but it took a lot of emails to do it. I would not recommend this company at all. The 5 star ratings must have been false ratings that they pay for. Do not be fooled by then like I was, read the 1 star ratings as they will be the real customers and the truth.

Reply -My problem was not just the legs.
You sent me the wrong bed with damaged and parts missing. You tried to tell me the bed was the one I ordered when it was not and that I would lose 2" of storage if I had a bottom on the bed. So the ottoman bed was open to the floor inside and you thought that was ok.
I had no issues with your couriers and most certainly did not cause them any problems. They were the best part of your service. Flimsy low quality bed so I was lucky you sent me the wrong one so I could get a full refund.

An update on my previous review. After 6 weeks of chasing where my bed is, they told me this is the first ever case there’s been a delay - I’ve read the reviews so this is a lie. Today they have told me the reason no one has been in contact with me is because it was damaged in transit so they would have to remake it, however no one ever thought to inform me of this. Only now have they asked me whether I want to wait or receive a refund. SO unprofessional.

Do not use this company - NOT recommend. I contacted Bed Universe on 4/5/20 after the side panel collapsed after only 10 months (screws ripped off making the holes too big to be put back together). This has made the bed unstable; this put pressure on the bottom panel which collapsed after another couple of weeks. I contacted Bed Universe, sent them pictures and described what had happened. Their response was “…. This is not a new bed and obviously is not due to manufacturing fault. (THIS SHOULD THEN BE COVERED AS THEIR WEBSITE STATED ALL PRODUCTS COME WITH 1 YEAR WARRANTY). They advised they would investigate and get back to me! After several emails pleading with them to contact me by either email or (their landline was not being answered). This is now 29th July 2020 and still no response!!!!! I am really disgusted with Bed Universe. They are not adhering to their own policy as my complaint was within the 1 year warranty.
