Thank you Allen for sorting out my connection issue. I made a call and within 90mins engineers arrived at my home and sorted the issue. Excellent customer service experience.

Very hesitant to switch so bare this in mind when looking for a new supplier.
Was with MS3 HullFibre Switched with OneTouch to BeeBu as it uses MS3 network as well as I always like to try new things coming into the area and give the benefit of doubt with reviews online.
I always believe in giving something a try and judge for yourself.
The switch was easy online router arrived on time great customer service but sadly it ended there for some reason an issue stumped the service actually working.
On the live date 05/03/26 left without internet so ended up spending £199 on a Mobile Router and £20 on a SIM card. Used 288G in the space of 3 day’s
So just the switching over cost me heavily but you learn from your mistakes and I suppose it’s handy having a back up for issues with fiber networks.
So with no internet been provided and within my 14 days I just couldn’t stay with BeeBu sadly. Never even tested there internet out which is a shame. But customer service is good.
Back of House team rubbish simple switch over should be simple process but ended in a nightmare. Over the past 4 days.
Annie or Ann was fantastic on the call today I opted for a cancellation and cease of service request immediately. As I’m in my 14 days Which she has now started the process. Enabling me to go bad to my previous supplier within 7 days or sooner hopefully. who has always been amazing to be fair.
Pete tried his best to get the service running on the first day and Friday but he can only do so much.
My advice that just don’t need to take any notice of is if you have a good service that costs a little more just stick with them.
Switching just because you’re out of service is totally not worth the try.
5/5 for customers service
0/5 for internet as I never got chance to use it

I was impressed with the quality of service provided by BeeBu support staff. I spoke to a chap named Pete who was a real credit to BeeBu. He was polite, friendly and professional. He listened to what I had to say and his response was, I felt, genuinely sympathetic. He dealt with my concerns and I was provided a superb service. His technical knowledge was also very good and he explained things in a clear and concise way that even I understood.
So my phone experience with BeeBu was excellent, they picked up quickly and dealt with my concerns in a polite and friendly way. Sadly this is not normal in today's customer service world. So hats off to BeeBu for their excellent staff. Oh Pete also followed up with an excellent email explaining why I might be experiencing buffering on other floors etc.. Thanks again.

- Customer service - Pete and Alan were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions, had technical knowledge and helped get my install done ahead of time.
- Value - Extremely competitive and fair.

Replaced a fully working internet service with a duff one, Beebu. Thought I was getting a faster service at a good price, but this turned out to be wrong. Hard wired, all works well; but wi-fi use poor. Was advised that no provider guarantees wi-fi; true, but I have never had any problems before. They claimed that there must be interference, but as the placement and environment is the same as with previous providers, this cannot be so. And if there were outside influences beyond my control, apart from noticing their arrival, they would have to be kicking out a signal with power that would not be permitted in a domestic environment; to over power a router wifi signal to a laptop sitting alongside. Router sounds dodgy?? Got another router sent out to test this theory, this didn't even connect to the internet. Another dodgy router. Spoke with decent customer service agent, but they were not empowered to resolve issues. Later got to speak with head of customer services; not interested in listening to problem, too busy trying to tell me that they do not guarantee reception and it must be something nearby degrading the signal.....not listening. Sent emails with videos of speed tests to customer service. No reply for months, despite chasing up every couple of weeks. Eventually got a reply, same as before.... complete and utter waste of time trying to get matter resolved. Sorry, they did suggest that I buy a replacement router of my choosing. They will not let me cancel the service without penalty.....which is payment in full for a two year contract. Did then some searching on the internet and found that poor wifi reception is a common problem with Beebu routers. Which means the suggestion of getting my own router is the best way forward; at least then I might get some wifi service. In summary; hard wired service good, wifi no good. Customer service poor; senior end of customer service lacking in customer service skills. Response times poor. Not a service I can recommend.
Later communications with this organisation were insulting. They stated that they had tried to resolve the matter, but i had not been forthcoming. Truly an amazing statement to make when i have emails proving otherwise. Thankfully, after my last email to them, they cancelled my contract and waived the cancellation fees; which, I must say I was very happy to hear. However, I received their communication of this outcome on Wednesday, then had a UPS collection guy turn up on Thursday demanding item (router) for return. Shows they can pull their finger out when they want to. Though I was very happy to return their rubbish, such swift action demonstrates how much they wanted to punish me; allowing no time to arrange an alternative service. No worries, managed to get another service the following day; and guess what? I can get wifi in every room again, the TV's all work and most importantly, my daughter can do her online homework in her bedroom again. So proving that Beebu's router was the offender.

The service is terrible I have a great signal in the living room but the tv upstairs so poor have to use data on mobile phone if not in the living room can’t wait for my contract to end and move back to plus net. Customer service come up with all sorts like you need to connect you lan cable but I want WiFi not cables or you can buy our extenders for an extra monthly cost. Also move the box to a higher level I’ve never experienced any of this with other providers and if you need help only available Monday to Friday 9-5.30 I have given up contacting them now as the issue has not been resolved and they haven’t logged my complaint as I asked them to

I had a nightmare with my new PC after I connected it to Beebu Broadband, I phone Beebu and spoke to Pete, very knowledgeble guy, bless him he tried so hard over 3 days I think, made a difference sometimes. I got my friends to remote me, 3 x REALLY computer NERD genius's. found out it was the old home plug I had attached to my PC which masked my MAC address. for your future whoever readds this and understands PC Geek language, read this...
When the plug:
Loses connection
Reboots
Firmware bugs out
It can:
Spam ARP replies
Claim the router’s IP briefly
Confuse the router about who owns what MAC address
Result:
Router sends HTTPS packets to the wrong device
TCP handshakes never complete
Some sites time out, others load
Your PC is innocent — it just gets caught in the crossfire.
3️⃣ Why Amazon / BBC specifically?
Those sites:
Use large TLS handshakes
Use HTTP/2 / QUIC
Are very sensitive to packet loss
So they fail first, while “simpler” sites sometimes load

Many Broadband providers are unresponsive, rude or don't respond at all. however I was able to get hold of BeeBu support quickly and was well informed of what was going on. The support was spot on and I for the first time would recommend a broadband provider.
