Very happy with the service from “ Laurel & Hardy “ they were very helpful and did a great job . They also didn’t get upset when I thought the most experienced engineer was the apprentice lol.😂😂

Lance the engineer kept me in touch with his arrival time and did a first class job. Friendly in his approach and patient in showing me how the system is set / unsets. Many thanks again Lance

Paul and Alfie came to replace three existing alarm sensors. They were both very polite, efficient and cleared up any mess they'd made. Bonus! A credit to the company. Good work lads!

Bee Tee regularly send Dave to us for our service. He is a lovely guy and very diligent and the consistency means that he knows our system very well.

Nick was prompt. Got on with his work and gave me details of his testing with all alarms and batteries being in good working order. Very efficient and polite.

We had our yearly maintenance visit and was met by the most helpful person I have ever met. He was friendly knowledgeable and took his time, rather than a quick wiz round then leaving.
He explained what he had done and when we raised a small issue we had been experiencing he rectified it immediately.
Honestly one of the nicest most professional people from BeeTee alarms. So much so we will see if he is available next year.
In case you were wondering who the engineer was, it was Dave who our security cameras recognised as another person known to us which made us all chuckle.

All the work was competed neatly and accurately and the installer Paul was very courteous and helpful.

Nick Wright arranged for our alarm system to be updated he spent time making sure that it was done correctly and explained fully how to use it.
