We've been using Bee Tee for over 25 years now and they are always reliable and do a great job every time.
Just had our annual service and Andy G was great - couldn't have been more helpful. 100% recommended.

We arranged the installation of our alarm system with Bee Tee Alarms and they were able to install within a couple of weeks of providing the quote. Paul came out to install our alarm system. He was polite, worked tidily and thoroughly explained how to use the system and app. Excellent service.

First time having used Bee Tee, and very impressed with the 2 lads who came to service our wireless alarm system. They were very methodical, tested everything, replaced out of date batteries and a power cable that had been used by the initial installers, which was the incorrect cable, and a potential fire hazard. 5* service.

Been customers since 1998 and have had no problems with the company. Hardware failures which are to be expected e.g. sensor or a power supply after 20 years use, and of course several batteries. Can only speak as I find, 5 stars from us.

My Bee Tee Alarm system, which I have had installed for many years, had its annual maintenance today by engineer Barrie. Congratulations to Barrie as this was the most thorough and comprehensive maintenance the system has ever had. May I have him next year again please?

We had our alarm system installed 30 years ago and serviced by bee tee since, yesterday Steve came and serviced it and cleaned the contacts on the pcb board because some numbers weren't working as they should, with brilliant results.

Upgraded to a new CCTV system. From quote to install was easy. Installing engineer was very polite and worked hard for 6 hours. Very clean and no damage or mess. Thorough demonstration of the system and installed in 2 mobile phones. Very good company to deal with and highly recommend them.

Having used BTA on 4 homes in the past 20+ years, they were the obvious choice for our recent home, great service from survey to fitting, good advice on latest systems and whats needed.
Would recommend to anyone in the market for a system.
