We purchased a credit card payment machine for our shop. Machine doesn't work properly and half of transactions don't go through. We contacted Beko within 2 days and then dozens of time for last 3 weeks asking for exchange of falthy machine. They keep refusing exchange or refund even it's unlawful. One assistant even said "just sell it to someone else"!! This service is just so low. The machine is expensive, we thinking of complaining to lawyer. Beko is acting not professional, not ethical, not fair or honest. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! hoping we will find a way to complain about them more seriously than just a review!!

BEKO Turkiye. Buzdolabı alarm vermeye başladı bir türlü alarmdan durduramadık. Servisi aradık 19-07-2024. Randevu verdiği tarih 29-07. 10 gün var arada. Simdi on günde buzdolabımı yanar yoksa 15000 TL lik ürünlerimi gitti diye yanarsın. Yazmışınız müşteri müdahale ettirmiyor diye banada eleman yok eleman hasta. 29-07-2024 randevu veriyorsunuz. Kusura bakma. Ozamana kadar 15000 TL et ve diğer ürünleri maf edemem. Bu kadarda olmaz. Memnun değilim servisten. Şikayette bulundum. Herkes kendi havasında müşterinin ürünü gitmiş çöpe atmış kimin umurumda. Direk Google review yazıyorum Beko nasıl servis konusunda müşterileri nasıl salladığında. Başka servis çağırdım ve tamiri gerçekleştirdik. Beko beklersek 10 günde gelemiyorlar. Servis böyle olmaz.

The refrigerator started to alarm and we couldn't stop it from alarming. We called the service on 19-07-2024. The date they gave us an appointment was 29-07-07. 10 days in between. Now in ten days the refrigerator will burn or you will burn because your products worth 15000 TL are gone. You have written that the customer does not intervene, there is no staff for me, the staff is sick. You give an appointment for 29-07-2024. I'm sorry. Until then, I can't waste 15000 TL worth of meat and other products. This is outrageous. I'm not happy with the service. I made a complaint. Everyone is in their own mood, who cares if the customer's product is gone and thrown in the trash. I am directly writing a Google review on how Beko shakes its customers about service. I called another service and repaired it. If we wait for Beko, they can't come in 10 days. Service is not like this.

Beko is a Turkish brand on home appliances with average quality. I have a refrigerator and a gas stove of Beko in my house. They are well-suited for their job but one must not expect high quality. Beko products are considered as cost-effective.
