I like Beko products.. should work on extending their life now.. my old Beko washing machine was 6 years old and I had to replace because cost of plumber to evaluate and electrical chip costs more than new washing machine ..

Very happy with Beko washing machine. It is actually an impressive machine. I like everything about it, the programmes, the washing action, the quietness, it is SUPER quiet. From reviews I have read, if you are good with maintenance, it will last. Obviously, I don't know yet. I only have it a few weeks. But so far it looks like a great machine at a budget price.

Terrible service from this company! Sold a faulty product and took months to rectify the issue! Still out of pocket with all the food that had to be thrown away!

Trying to contact the Irish customer service team is a nightmare. I kept getting put through to U.K. team. Then after taking my details and Eicode they gave contact details for U.K. repair companies. When I finally got an Irish number , they no longer do work for Beko. I have the 10 year parts warranty and you must use one of their recommended repair companies. The problem is you can’t get one.

The Beko oven i bought replaced one that was over thirty years old. If this lasts half as well, someone will be very happy.

I purchased a tall frost free 8 drawer freezer . I have a tall frost free fridge for about 5 years and it’s a wonderful product so to me it was a no brainier to get the same in a freezer . I have it a for over one month now and I am delighted with it and would highly recommend it. They are not cheap but they are a top quality product and when you take into consideration the life over time it’s only cents .

My mother bought a beko fridge two years ago and the temperature has fluctuated wildly in it causing food to spoil ...if you want to experience the worst customer service ever try Beko ...they ll pass you around until you get so frustrated that you ll give up ...would never buy another beko product

Bought our dishwasher 2.5 years ago, only using it 2 years for 2 people in a home and it broke this week, no signal on the display board, tried and tried to get through to customer service, impossible, we found the fault but could not order a new piece. Will never ever purchase anything from beko

Bought the dishwasher less than 4 years ago. Today our fuseboard kept tripping and after a lot of trial and error we realised it was the dishwasher. We called an electrician and he said we are so lucky our house didn't go on fire. The plug and socket were black and stuck together, 2 of the prongs had came off the plug due to the heat. Absolutely avoid.

I like the machine and the size is good. It’s noisier than I was expecting though. It doesn’t have the super fast wash option that it advertised which disappointed me. Hoping this one lasts 18 years like the one it replaced!!

Faulty machine after 18mths. Took a week & 6 calls later to arrange appointment for a repair under warranty. Contact Centre and After sales service not equipped for the Ireland market. Needs lots of improvement, would not repurchase Beko product as a result of this experience.

One of the worst products on the market don't waste your money..got a dryer less then 6 month ago the electric board is gone already it going to take another week to get the part..and it happened to my last one too got it replaced and with in 2 month it nearly burnt down our home the kitchen had to be painted again now the said the changing the electric board again what good is it if I Terrified to use it in case it burn my home down with me and my kids in it and as for Customer care don't waste your time worst
attitude I have ever in my life seen get more help from a cow in the field..don't waste your time or money

I recently purchased a Beko washing machine after having my previous one for a number of years. Well I’m so glad I went for the new upgraded model because it’s been so good! I would totally recommend anyone to buy a Beko!
