As usual, they seem totally unable to get luggage off the aircraft in anything like a reasonable amount of time.

Once again waiting over an hour for luggage, absolute joke of an airport. Keep ringing the bell for the same two cases to around again

1 star is too much. Absolutely the rudest staff from check in to departure. Unhelpful and obnoxiously rude. Toilets are disgusting, tables are dirty and uncleared, everywhere. Pricing of food is a disgrace, total price gouging. What a tip. I don't know what their problem is but this 'culture' of surliness and rudeness is ingrained and can only be changed from the top down. So I can presume the management are tossers too.

Please be very careful when using your boreding passes at this airport because there is no human help at the machines and the staff that are doing security will not help you as a matter of fact thay will lie when there manager is called lost a holiday because of lack of help something thay could has solved in 2 mins

Passed through security yesterday, A young Irish girl was at the desk in front of me, when she proceeded, the scotish guard along with a female companion had great laugh about her irish name, which was obviously "Siobhan" calling her seeban, this to me was total racist & sectarian behaviour, I was shocked at the remarks they made about this young irish girl, Total uneducated bigots!!

Very long security wait times, rude staff if you dare to ask how long to expect to queue…dirty toilets, unemptied bins and no toilet paper. Better quality in third world countries.

I suspect Belfast International airport must rank as one of the shabbiest airports with the least efficient security arrangements in Europe! Appallingly poor.

I have been through Belfast International Airport 4 times this year and each experience has been consistent - the airport is filthy, tatty and very run down. Food outlets seem to have few employees and those they have are generally disinterested in clearing up tables or any mess. Gates are littered with rubbish. The toilets though have been the stand out winner of awfulness, today’s experience was every single cubicle in the toilets in departures next to the bar and duty free shop had sanitary bins over flowing all over the floor. I witnessed a poor lady changing her babies nappy on the dirty tiled floor at the entrance to the ladies as the cubicle with the changing table was out of order. I have never seen any housekeeping staff maintaining this area and it’s always a disgrace. I have family in the area so visit at least 4 times and if I could avoid using this airport, I would.

Visited the toilets in the baggage claim area! Disgusting! Flooded floors, toilets blocked by paper! Eventually found the 6th loo to be almost acceptable! What a horrible welcome for foreigners and locals alike. I’ve travelled a lot and this is the worst experience!

Appalled at what I had to endure. As a disabled passenger I was taken to be searched along with my case. Thankfully made the flight but landed in Manchester and discovered vital medicines missing along with cigarettes and several other items. Tried to contact Airport, trying to get a human was a nightmare and have heard nothing, disgusted at the lack of basic information

Arriving home to Belfast was the most disappointing experience, and a perfect example of complete incompetence and lack of service. No one here seems to know what is going on.
From the plane landing on the runway to no landing crew, so we had to Wait for the pilot to "make some urgent calls", then the shuttle buses to the terminal where we were herded up a flight of stairs to a LOCKED DOOR. When a member of staff was contacted by the passengers, someone finally arrived to open the door but not a single word of explanation or apology.
Then, down to baggage collection. As I type this, there are currently 5 different flights of luggage supposed to be arriving on 2 conveyor belts. The area is packed with people. Bags are not coming, or if they are, it is in dribs and drabs. At this moment our flight landed over an hour ago and we are all still here. Not a single member of staff is visible. This is completely shambolic. A disgrace that people arrive to our city and are greeted by this.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

Baggage reclaim is again extremely slow. The Gents toilets are disgusting.

Arriving from Tenerife at 0045 again a long delay before luggage appeared.
Leaves a bad impression of the management and their worth for this airport

I dropped my dad off at airport walked him inside, got a phone call that my son had falling of his scooter back home he's only 14 oops. He'd had been brought off in an ambulance to Cavan hospital, so I needed to get out of car park my card wouldn't work. I had no way to get out of car park so I asked for help and this amazing man (handsome man) called Derek health and safety gave me his paid ticket so I could get home to my son. Thank you Derek . Xx (my son is fine a bit sore gash on head. A very lucky child. )

This place is a disgrace!
Long queues for check in then for security, followed by a chaotic eating area, tables not cleared while staff were playing with their phones long queues with only 1 person serving.

ARRIVED FROM MALAGA To Befast today 3rd May we were stopped shortly leaving plane for 20 mins coz no on ground staff came to secure outside plane and also door to arrivals was locked ! Total incompetence by ground Staff at Airport who arrived 20 mins after arrival and thought it was a joke !! Management really need to go to Malaga Airport to learn how to board and disembark passengers! 😤

Arrived back from Gran Canaria at 1.15am Monday morning . Waited 45 minutes on luggage . What is the problem .. this is time and time again waiting in luggage and then charged extra at parking for over the allocated time . Total shambles .. is there a manager at all in Belfast International to sort anything ? Also the toilets are a disgrace too ..never been to worse .

While there may be some options for gluten free / vegetarian food ie sandwiches in the departures lounge, there are never these options in arrivals. Even in the check in hall it's over priced crisps and chocolate. Not good at all when this could be easily remedied. And still the staff are always bemused at my annoyance.
