Tried to give it zero stars but if you do that it will not let me write a review. The sizes were too small and child-size. The screen printed design on cheap polyester was Nothing Like the pix. I have emailed them several times and I have the emails if anyone wants to see. After sending it many times and asking them why they are ignoring my emails—they said they do not accept returned items and that I should give the products away to a friend. In a subsequent email they said that they would refund me 10%. They are misrepresentative and dishonest

The photos make it look like the "embroidered" blouses are embroidered, i.e. the patterns are stitched onto the cloth. They are not. The pattern is printed onto the cloth, and the blouse is nothing like the quality shown in the photo. DO NOT PURCHASE from these scammers.

SCAM ARTISTS. Do not order from this website. Waited almost 3 months for my order to arrive. I knew they weren’t going to deliver it, so I requested a refund. I have yet to receive it. Been trying to get a hold of them to refund me for a month now. This is ridiculous. Resolve this or I’ll be sure to post this everywhere I can. Horrible service.

If there were 0 stars I would have vote for that. These people are scums. I ordered a jacket and after 1,5 month it came a totally different item. They sent me a sweatshirt with zipper of a very poor quality. I asked for a refund and they offered me 10% discount in my next order. I opened a case in paypal and now I am waiting for a full refund. Please DO NOT trust them, they are untrustworthy. Stay away and keep your money far away from this shop.

Horrible! I ordered a sweatshirt and it came in TWO MONTHS and when it came it was the wrong size! They won’t give me the correct size and the quality of the object I got was TERRIBLE. NEVER waste your money at this horrible store!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Waited months for my order to arrive and it never did, asked for a refund which they said they would have to take money off. Still haven’t received the refund after weeks of unanswered emails!! DEFINITELY A SCAM DO NOT BUY.

SCAMMERS. I could have written every review below myself. Word Word for all of the below reviews is the bullcrap they are trying to feed me! I've lodged a fraud complaint with my bank and reported them. DO NOT USE! I REPEAT. SCAMMERS

I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company to receive a refund. I have tried to contact this “company” numerous times regarding our $90 order that was placed seven weeks ago and never received!! I will be contacting the Attorney General Consumer Affairs.
File a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission so they do not continue to steal from hardworking customers!!

Just in case anyone is trying to get a refund, customer service is not responding and you used a bank card, try open a fraud case with your bank. I had to open one with my bank and I got the money refunded immediately. A month later finally emailed me back trying to get me to cancel the fraud case. All they said was that there was delays because of Covid (don't believe this is the case at all) and there would be shipping delays because of sterilization. By 2 and a half months? I don't think so. My order from December still has not shipped....

Also, I think they've changed their company name to GlenTown ahahahahaha

Wish I could give them 0 stars!! Ordered 2 items from this company, they did arrive but poor quality & spelling mistakes! Always a bad sign!! Tried to obtain a return address with no avail. Decided to send it back to the return address on parcel (with proof of postage) I’ve been emailing them constantly for a refund but all I get the the same annoying scam email every time! Steer well clear of these fraudsters!!

I ordered a £50 jacket from here on December 31st and it is now March the 1st and I’m still waiting for it to come!!
I’ve sent countless emails to them and they haven’t replied to any!! This is shocking.
I came to see the reviews and they’re even worse.. now I’m scared it’s going to be poor quality and I would’ve wasted my money on nothing!
The order was placed on on my bank card so hopefully I can get a refund thru there or something?

Terrible site. I’ve been waiting for my order to arrive for over two months and when I’ve tried to contact them about it they don’t answer at all. Terrible customer service and terrible at handling products.

I ordered 3 items of clothing from this site first 2 jumpers came after around 2 weeks they were nice ... it then took another month for the jacket to arrive but it was awful, I ordered a Chicago’s bulls jacket and received a discoloured Dallas jacket the material was like fleece cloth it certainly wasn’t the jacket i ordered. I have emailed them around 8 times they never reply. Looks like I’m stuck with this gross jacket.

Do not order from here! If I could give this website 0 stars I would! I ordered 3 sweatshirts off of this website and spent over $80 on January 27th. I have tried to get in contact through the service@bellawind email and there has been no contact what so ever!

I placed my first order back in December. 2 items (out of 4) arrived in a fortnight, but I am still waiting on the other half of my order. I have emailed customer service on the 7th February and still not even had a reply to tell me that the other half of my order is just delayed but it will arrive at some point. I would have been happy with this result - but it's the complete lack of communication that I find so frustrating and unacceptable. The two items that did arrive are of poor quality and I won't be using this company again.

Do not order from here! I ignored all the negative reviews and still ordered. The ‘jacket’ I ordered is thin, awful quality and feels like a shirt rather than an actual jacket. They don’t have a returns address on their website and I enquired over a week ago asking how I can return it and have had no reply. Don’t order unless u want something terrible quality

My daughter has ordered clothes from Bellawind website and due to delay in delivery it she requested cancellation and they replied saying will refund the money which is never happened. This is as scam website and do not order from them.
