On January 17th I’ve ordered three items. After payment I received an email confirmation and the message your order has been paid and your package will be shipped soon. I am still waiting. Despite reminder emails to service@bellawind so far no reply or any reaction. I am very disappointed, I’ve never experienced this lack of service before with any supplier. Due to the payment has been done via Creditcard I will do my best to refund my money.

Ordered one big order over $200 and the first half came weeks later, still haven’t got the other half and it’s been 2 months. The products that came were decent quality but there was one typo on the logo - unnoticeable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered three things for over €100. 2 of them came in pretty fast, but the material is so cheap and it feels like plastic. the third one came in about two months and it wasn’t even what i had ordered. this place is trash

I ordered 3 sweaters and they were quite expensive I spent over $100 on it and it’s already feb 16 and I stilll don’t have it. I’m scared it’s all scammed and spent my money on nothing...

I orders from here around 3 weeks ago now I still no delivery I wish I had read reviews before!! It was my Valentine’s present of my boyfriend as well which makes it even more disappointing

If I could give 0 stars I would. I should’ve read requires first. Ordered 2 months ago and still no package or replies . At all.

I ordered from here on the 28th of December and the website looked quite sketchy but there where pages online saying it was a new site so there where no reviews so I went ahead and ordered it anyway, 5 weeks came and I hadn’t received anything nor where they replying to my emails. At this point I just wanted to cancel the order so I had to email pay pal and they sorted it out for me. Unless your willing to wait months on an order then don’t order from here

This place sells fake branded clothing using the labels & sticking it on the cheapest Chinese plastic/cheap material they could find!! this place needs to be taken down! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Ordered 5 items on the 29th of December. 2 of the 5 items came quite quickly. Still waiting on the other 3 items. No contact from their end. So I send an E-mail, and got a vague E-mail back that my adres was confirmed and that they confirmed that my order was already deliverd. Also got a screenshot which is hard to understand and only was updated on the 14th of January. Do not recommend ordering here. Never had any bad experience with other online shops, guess there is a first for everything.

It has been over 5 weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to receive it even after countless emails asking for either the whereabouts of my parcel or a full refund. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered a Dallas Cowboys sweatshirt probably about 2 months ago. It finally arrived today. First off, the sweatshirt is nothing like what it looks like in the picture. Secondly, they spelled “Dallas” wrong! So now I have a junky sweatshirt that says “Dal La”. Do not buy from here!!!!

I made an order on the 28th December and have not received the items or any emails from Bella wind as well as me sending 2 emails and a dm on Instagram with no responses very annoyed as spent a lot of money on a couple of items and worried it’s all a scam

The clothing is lousy quality, the shipping took forever, they never answer an email and returns are only good in the 14 days after you purchase..... But beware a company who doesn't post their return instructions and address online!

i ordered a sweatshirt weeks ago and it still says awaiting shipment and they will not respond to any of my emails. don’t buy from there especially if you don’t have money to just spend on something and not get it. UPDATE: still haven’t received my package 😂

Lack of communication! Momey goes to a different website stating to be called Silverkent.com. this is most definetly a scam as they have no social media presence and there is no address

service is so bad to the point I believed I had been scammed! got my gf jacket though. The quality is ok however not as good as I was hoping for how long I had to wait. I'm sure it'll make her happy
