I thought I’d been suckered in. I bought the “my favorite season is the fall of fascism” tshirt off Facebook and the second I clicked buy, I thought “shoot, I didn’t verify the company”. Came here, saw the reviews and immediately contacted the company to cancel the order.
They responded the next day but… my order had already shipped. It arrived 12 days later. The shirt is good quality (not as soft as others but durable).

Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it’s more like a $20 shirt than a $25 one and the communications were in broken English, but it shipped quickly and is good quality.

We own an Etsy shop where we create shirts similar to the shirts sold at this online store. Unfortunately, Bellelement stole our design and is selling it as their own. We have contacted the company to remove our design and hope they do. I would be very suspicious of buying anything from this company.

Think bad seventies iron on quality and you have it here. The worst.

I liked the shirt designs from Bellelement—they look cool and packaging was okay.
But I waited over 4 weeks, saw no tracking, and when I asked for a refund it dragged.
Might try again if they improve delivery & support.

I placed an online order in late April 2025 with Bellelement. Starting at the end of May 2025 and thru multiple emails, I repeatedly stated that I had not received my online order. Kiera Floyd, a Bellelement representative responded multiple times, asking me to check my mailbox, check with neighbors, check with the post office, and provide my correct address which was already correct on my original order. Each of Ms. Floyd’s emails basically stated the same thing: “The logistics company has been notified. Please wait patiently.”
In one email, Ms. Floyd sent me photos of where the package was actually delivered which was not to my home. The package was delivered on 5/15/2025 to a business to which I am not familiar and have no relationship. The label on the package had my correct address...go figure! As requested by Ms. Floyd, I reconfirmed my address and provided a photo of my home mailbox with the address clearly marked, but Bellelement has still done nothing to resolve this matter. After multiple emails back and forth between 5/31/2025 thru 7/11/2025, my frustration level continued to grow. All Bellelement has done was push delay tactics emails at me. Kiera Floyd simply continued to state the same thing, “The logistics company has been notified, please be patient.” My last email communication to Ms. Floyd, was on 7/10/2025 where I indicated I would be reporting her company. Her last email to me, 7/11/2025 stated, “Hello, we have reported to the local service provider to check and verify. We will notify you as soon as there is news.” As of the end of July 2025, Bellelement has not communicated with me nor has the company issued a refund. It is clear that Bellelement has no intention of refunding my money. Do business with this company at your own risk...In my opinion, they are unethical and are thieves. I am reporting them to every agency possible; they need to be put out of business!

Bellelement delivered my three-shirt order to the wrong house. I've been fighting paypal for weeks now trying to get my money back. Strongly advise against doing business with these crooks.

Terrible! I ordered and paid for a shirt 25 days ago. Three days passed and I had received no info as to when it would be shipped, so I contacted the company. They told me I should receive it within 7-15 days. It didn't arrive. I have been in contact with them several times since and they keep asking me to be patient. I have asked for a refund but they refuse to refund my purchase. I ABSOLUTELY don't recommend buying from Bellement.

I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews here and was nervous about getting my order. But I couldn’t resist the “cat smoking a cigarette” t-shirt!😹 And I got my package when I was supposed to and the quality is great! So I definitely wanted to write a review. I’m sorry to the people who had issues but I didn’t have any problems and I’d buy from them again!

Place an order three weeks ago still waiting on my order. I was notified that my ordered will be shipped within a week. I keep sending emails requesting updates have not heard back from. Bellelement. I’ve been waiting for this item for a whole month.

I wish I could give this 0 stars! Placed an order for a sweatshirt that ran about $40, $50 total with shipping and fees. The sweatshirt that arrived was thin, the wrong shade of gray, and not oversized as pictured. To make matters worse, the graphic on the sweatshirt is pixelated and looks cheap.

I reached out to customer service and was essentially told that return shipping is expensive, and I should keep my order. In return they would give me a whopping $5. I suppose I should have known better, so posting here so someone else might not fall to the same marketing scam!

I never received a confirmation on an order I placed. I sent emails 2 weeks later to inquire about my order. After finally requesting a refund, Bellelement finally responded with this: "Hello, there are a lot of orders recently, and it is expected to be sent out today or tomorrow, best wishes"
I reiterated the refund I wanted per their return policy. No refund, and my order came 3 weeks later and HALF MY ORDER IS MISSING! This is a scam. The customer service is a joke.

Been waiting 5 weeks for 2 shirts, if you try to get a refund you will get a copy and pasted response that leads no where with no real people to talk to. 50$ stolen

Took over a month and half to tell me they couldn't deliver to me, despite allowing me to place the order. Just gave me a refund after me chasing on the status of the order. Didn't consult me as to whether I wanted a refund or not. Very poor experience.

My order originated in Illinois (I live in Michigan) and it shipped to Spain. It’s been 15 days and still nothing.
Waste of time and money.

Tried to cancel the order less than an hour after purchase as I had been warned that the quality was not too great. I heard nothing back for 5 days when they decided to dispatch it anyway and THEN tell me they couldn't cancel it because they had already sent the order out.

Now that it has arrived I can honestly say the quality leaves much to be desired, just like their customer service.

I won’t deny, the shipping takes a long time; especially to Australia. However, I can’t fault the products.

I ordered 2 shirts because the manufacturer of the shirt itself is a company I have a shirt from and I love it.

The print is really great quality and the fabric of the shirt gets softer after a couple of washes (once the starch comes out).

I would definitely order again and plan on it.

Order never showed up and customer service won’t help. Ordered over a month ago SCAM!!!

DONT ORDER ANYTHING!!! They don’t respond. I ordered 3 shirts from the website two weeks ago and sent an email the same day asking when I could expect my order. I have still not received any response and have emailed several times since.

Did not receive me order. Their third-party delivery service EMile also has a 1.8/5 rating on Google.
