Nul, ils ne mettent pas le nom sur le colis, du coup il repart en Chine après 3 semaines, et le service client vous prend clairement pour un idiot, par contre le prélèvement et les frais de banque ont bien été débités dans les 2 jours, plus jamais je ne commande chez eux

I ordered a sweatshirt, when it still hasn't been sent for three weeks I just demanded a refund. I got my money back but no explanation. I have no idea why it wasn't sent. I'm starting to think all good reviews are fake 🤷

Do not order from this company!

I ordered 2 tshirts and 1 sweater.
When I received my package only the 2 tshirts were included.
I have emailed them almost everyday asking to either be refunded for the sweater, or to have the sweater shipped to me, and I continue to just get the same ChatGPT response that my order is in transit and am given the tracking number for the order I already received.
What a scam.

Absolutely love the sweatshirt! Sizes are accurate, nice quality, thick fabric.

Crappy Chinese junk, steals from artists. Found 3 different prints that were taken directly off of copyrighted material from artists I follow.

Love this shirt. It runs true to size and the graphic art on the front isn't thick plastic. Love the worn details on the hems and edges.

Poorly made product and awful customer service!
Top arrived with a defect. I reported this back and very quickly received a reply and an offer of a $5 refund on the grounds that shipping it back to China would be too expensive. When I informed Bellelement that I expected the return postage to be at their cost due to the defect the email comms went quiet. Chased several times for a further update but nothing.
Absolutely crap quality garments with customer services to match! Save your money and shop elsewhere

High quality print and the shirt is 100% cotton. Measurement are bit weird, the shirt is very long. Anyway, quality is good!

one of the worst customer experiences. I ordered on February 9, 2024. 20.2. I canceled the order, as it was not sent. 27.2. in 7 days they told me that the shipment had been sent. is 2.4. and they still didn't refund my money. customer service is terrible. be careful with your money. this is definitely not a good deal.

Placed an order on Feb 5th, received an email saying someone, presumably the manager, was on a trip and so orders would be delayed and to contact their customer service team for a refund if this would be an issue. Immediately emailed them following reading reviews about the site and got a reply a few days later from the manager who sent the initial email saying a refund would be processed once they return from their trip. So presumably the fact they have a customer service team is a lie. The fact they operate out of the US is also a lie if that's something that matters to you.
Fast forward to 8th March, a month later and I get an email telling me my order has shipped. Any refund passed this point would now require the item to be shipped back to them at my own expense.
For what it's worth the item turned up on Mar 16th and it's fine. Low quality, probably stolen artwork, took 6 weeks to arrive, but fine. Will probably dissolve in the wash, we'll see.

They stole my art & blocked me when I reported them, the add got removed by FB but then they blocked me and just listed the advert again so I can report them- they delete all comments on their social media from artist saying they have stolen their art & customers who have been sent terrible quality items or nothing. They also spam this site with fake customer reviews. Don’t buy from them.

If you know anything about printing you will understand how terrible the quality will be from a stolen photo online of the art & printed out - my work is all b&w fine line work my suggestion is to reverse image search the T-shirt you want and find the original artist and see if they have work on clothing as it is usually the same price, better quality, faster shipping and has returns / refund protection from Etsy.

I placed an order on February 12th and on March 14th, have still not received it.

I placed an order for a St Patrick’s day t-shirt mid February. I was immediately sent a story about the owner and family going on a month long European vacation along with a statement that shipping would be delayed. I was offered the opportunity to cancel my order, which I did. Weeks later I asked for status on my refund which I was promised. Instead of a refund, I was told the order was shipped. As of this writing, the company will not honor their original commitment to refund my money and the package has now arrived. They wish for me to return it to China at my cost for a refund despite that fact that the order should not have shipped in the first place. Do not do business with this company. They do not honor their commitments to the consumer.
