Cheap rubbish. Very disappointing experience with Bellthorne. The website gives the impression that this is a UK-based clothing company, but the items I received were shipped from China (from Temu) and were of very poor quality compared with what I expected from the advertising.

When I asked to return the items for a refund, instead of making the process straightforward, I was offered store credit for the same amount. I had no interest in buying more clothing after being so unhappy with the quality of the first order.

In my experience, the whole process felt misleading and unnecessarily difficult. I will be reporting my concerns to Trading Standards and would strongly advise others to research this company carefully before ordering.

I would not buy from Bellthorne again. Wish I'd checked on Trust Pilot first, expensive mistake!!

I ordered dungarees,took 3 weeks to arrive, honestly I was shocked by how awful they were, as other people have said, thin awful material, blurred pattern and quality of the whole thing minus 50!!!! The stitching is shocking,out of line and bits of loose thread everywhere......I just can't believe they get away with this!!
Again I was offered to choose something else....no chance, gonna cut my losses £29.99 down the pan....which is exactly what they want no doubt.
Hopefully someone will catch up with them and shut it down .

I will never be buying from this company again. I bought what I thought to be a beautiful pair of dungarees with a beautiful flower and bee design in a sage green colour on light cotton fabric but was sent after weeks of waiting a completely different looking dungaree. The fabric was thin and see through with very poor stitching. The design was nothing like the picture advertised and consisted of a very oversized print which was basically awful. I’m so very disappointed because I was so looking forward to these dungarees. After reading the comments I kick myself for not reading up on this company before hand. I’m afraid the refund process seems to exhausting and pointless as the customer service seems to be very disappointing. Please always read trust pilot before spending money on these companies so you don’t end up disappointed.

Do not buy from this company. Terrible fabric which didn’t resemble to photograph and completely different style. Worthless rubbish! Countless requests for return details met with offers of discount on more outcastes.. dealing for 2 weeks now

DO NOT BYE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I received a a pair of substandard dungarees which were nothing like advertised. I’d just wish I’d gone onto Trustpilot before ordering. I asked for a refund & surprise they only offered the maximum of 30% which in my case is £8.99. They sent me a email saying the refund has been processed but could take up to 10 days to process. After 13 days there’s no sign of my refund. After questioning it with Bellthorne they said it’s my credit provider that’s at fault & I should contact them. They are making money selling substandard clothing & will continue to sell to unfortunate people who don’t look at Trustpilot first. I’m so angry that they can get away with it. Hopefully someone will see this review & decide not to buy.

Appalling product quality and customer service. They have refused to honour their money back guarantee. Do not purchase from this company.

This is not a uk company, the quality of dungarees was very poor and when wanting a refund they said it would be £15 to return internationally so offered 20% of the original price and could keep the item which was poorly made. Do t get sucked in by the rubbish they put on Facebook to advertise.

Absolutely awful company! I wasted my money on poor quality material and poor quality sewing.
DONT waste your money on these Chineese imports.

Slow delivery from China. Item nothing like the item shown on website, flimsy fabrics, legs far too wide and short so unsure who these would actually fit. Very disappointing

This is a scam. DO NOT BUY. The product is such poor quality, purporting to ship via Royal Mail, but actually sent from China. Refunds are only available if you send the product back to China. I feel like an idiot. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the website - the product is crap.

If i could put 0 stars i would, scammers took my £50 delivered 2 dungarees both bloody awful, thin material, awful cut, huge wide legs NOTHING like the picture and video of them. 18 emails later and still no refund!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Same bad experience as most on this company. Fabric cheap and nasty, not as shown. Extremely difficult to get a refund. Keep offering credit. Which i dont want. Lesson learned. Donate to charity. Please DONT buy from this company!!!!!

The item took almost three weeks to arrive, and when it did eventually turn up it was stuffed into a tiny plastic bag.
The quality of the material was shocking and resembled tent material !
I have spent the past two week trying to obtain a refund and return the item to a UK address, which has turned out to be impossible as they told me it has to be sent back to China which could cost up to £30 in postage and customs payments.
I have now thrown the item away and have learnt not to buy off any website that I have not previously heard of.
Sadly lesson learnt the hard way.

Conscious deceit and fraud. The dungarees I ordered and received are not made of the same material used in the photo and video adverts. A total scam. The quality is so very poor, the flower print material is not the same scale as the adverts, large and child like, panels don’t align, buttons /fastening not as advertised, paper thin. don’t waste your money … after the weeks and weeks and weeks of waiting for your delivery, you will be trying to get a refund.. best of luck with that.

This is not a UK company and there is no refund policy. The goods come from China and are appauling. Oversized, thin material and pattern nothing like picture of dungarees. that is not true to size. I had a week of arguing and negotiation to return but it's at the Buyer's expense and is around £15. I feel cross I didn't read reviews so please I urge you not to touch them with a barge pole. They are complete SCAMMERS and should not be allowed to get away with this.

Sent me a clothing item that is only fit for the 'rag bag'. Dreadful fabric, mismatched pattern and amateur stitching.... offered me 100% credit for their store when I complained! As if I'd want more rags!

My order was placed over a month ago, Despite several requests l have not received any update! Evri say that they have not received the item.

Do not buy from this site. I paid.£45 for a linen effect graphic pattern low waisted sleeveless dress. When it arrived, it was a 100% shiny white cheap tacky polyester dress with black printed stripes. I wouldn’t have paid £5 for it! As with the previous reviews I wish there had been some truthful information about this company, and getting a refund will probably be a nightmare. I noticed that the company is not replied to any of these negative comments. I wonder why?

SCAM - Would give zero if I could. Kick myself for not reading the other reviews. Took weeks to arrive, terrible quality jumpsuit like a cheap tent material, requested return/ refund ... continued offers of keeping item I did not want and giving me a gesture refund 10/20/30% ... finally an offer to return the item but it would cost me £30 (estimate) which is more than original £29.99 item cost. Absolute scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - beyond annoyed 😠

Wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I have been unable to return and get a full refund on a dress that I ordered and have reluctantly settled for a 30% refund as I’ve been told that’s the best they can do despite advertising that a full refund will be given within 14 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
