Very bad customer service have sent several e mails with no respond placed my order over 20 days ago and it still just stands as received.....

Ordered a shirt 6 weeks ago and still nothing.

🚨DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!🚨 I placed my order OVER A MONTH AGO and STILL haven't received it! I needed this for an important event, and now it's TOO LATE! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! 😡🚫

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! They completely scammed me and took my money! Stay away from this website! They DO NOT ship items out, it’s a complete scam and you won’t get your money back!

It took 8 weeks to receive my items. I disputed my charge because it took so long, but they finally sent the items 2 months later. It was a gift, so they were useless to me then. Wrote and messaged company through app one month in. Not helpful. Do not order from this company if you want your item this year.

I’ve waited weeks for a shirt I ordered before they even shipped it. You can’t get in touch with them. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. It says it’s based in the USA but apparently everything comes from China. Stay away from this awful company.

I ordered a shirt for a birthday gift two weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Nobody is responding to my emails.

Incompetent with shipping. Predatory sales tactics on the website. Two months only to get emails about they will get the item (a single pair of shorts together) processed. Awful

This is the worst experience I've ever had! I ordered a shirt a well over two weeks ago. I never got it! And to add insult to injury, there was absolutely zero communication from the seller. What kind of operation are they running? Buyer beware, folks. If you enjoy wasting your time and money with no results, then by all means, go ahead and order.

It has been two weeks since I placed my order and I have zero updates. Hasn’t shipped, they won’t respond to emails or messages on their response line. Doesn’t seem like it’s coming. Order from somewhere else

I made a purchase and never received my items. They do not reply to emails, and the "customer service" number was fake. I looked at the comments on their most recent Instagram posts and saw months' worth of comments from others who had the same experience.

This company is an absolute scam. They say 10-12 day order fulfillment, but that's not even close to accurate. I placed an order on 2/2/24 that still hasn't been cut on the line as of 2/20/24. They obviously drop ship these products from the manufacturer, so there's not any level of quality control. I'm sure the shirt will be garbage. I'll follow up if they ever actually ship it to me.

Oh - forgot to mention - they have a fantastic return policy which states you can never have your money back, ever. So make sure you read that. I tried to get them to simply refund my $40 and keep the shirt, but they obviously keep their light bills paid by never returning customer's money.

Company sent me an email saying that they suspected my order was fraudulent and that they stopped it until i provided proof. I provided proof and they completely ghosted me, not responding or resuming order. No refund, no response. I'd like my shorts!

Never ever order from here. Ordered a hoodie as a gift but needed to cancel the order same day. They “refunded” me on November 4th, it’s December 18th and I just finished off paying the 4 installments for a hoodie I never received. Horrible customer service, Shop Pay and Affirm were no help either. Had to wait all this time so I can finally contact my bank to get all FOUR refunds. It would take Beloved 5 days to a week just to respond to an email. Terrible.

I can't get ahold of anyone in their customer service department to find out when I should expect my shirt. The tracking number I have says a USPS label was created a week ago, but there is no tracking number for USPS or verification they recieved the package. I ordered this shirt for a party this week and now I'm afraid I won't get it in time. I am just looking for a response.

No response from business, no ability to track my package was expecting I could get it for my works Christmas party. Very disappointed

Well looks like I should have read review before ordering. Same deal as many of the people. No updated shipping info and seems to be stuck in LA. No response from anyone to help let me know if/when package will ship. Time sensitive so really frustrating!

I do not recommend that to buy anything from this business. I have not gotten the parcel, and they are not responding to my mails. I am really disappointed.

This company is a scam, I would give 0 stars if possible. I never got the items and they dont respond to customerservice. Been trying to get a hold of them for months.
