So far, really bad experience my packgace shoud have arrived on monday 16, the tracking app even said it arrived, yet i got nothing nor did i get any notification and no response from support ,which is supposed to be fast, they will gladly take your money, but they dont care about the rest, absolutely horrid experience

Terrible quality and customer service. You order something and even pay for 2 day shipping and you STILL don’t get yoir order for at least 20+ days. Everything has obviously been outsourced to China and you can tell via the quality control issues they’ve had.

Their website makes it extremely easy to accidentally add additional items and instantly charge your card for them after you have made your initial purchase. I hit “add to order” by mistake and without any “are you sure?” or opportunities to undo it, a shirt I had no interest in was added to my order. There is also no quick or easy way to cancel or modify orders immediately after placing them, so if there’s a mistake such as this one you have to email their support team and hope they will reply to you promptly. They did respond to my email requesting that my order be cancelled, but instead of doing so they asked WHY I wanted to cancel and then did not reply to me again after I replied with why I wanted the cancellation. I have yet to hear back from them about this.
Update: Beloved’s customer support team dragged their feet responding to my request for so long that one of the items on the order allegedly “entered production” and now apparently cannot be cancelled. I’m not thrilled with this as I now would prefer not to do business with this company at all, but at least they’re claiming that they will cancel and refund me for the shirt that I don’t want…though this remains to be seen.

Avoid! Never sent shirt I paid for!
Ordered a shirt over a month ago. They never shipped it. Filing a claim with PayPal if they don't respond to my email today. Ugh. Do not recommend.
Sketchy AF Update:They claim to have shipped my shirt after reading this negative review. When in fact they just decided to "ship" it 8 minutes before responding to this review as if they had already shipped it. Double Ugh. Warning. Beware.

This is not so much a review, but rather another way of trying to get in contact with someone from their support team...

Not professional, avoid this company.
I placed an order on 5/23/2023 and still have no updates on when this order will ship. These items are needed for a gathering on 6/15/23. The every two day correspondence with "Ely" has not been helpful. I asked for a cancellation and refund but was told that my order cannot be cancelled due to it already being in "production". It appears that these products are coming from Utah, so why are the production and shipping times so "long"?
In regards to returns and shipping..."If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused products and wish to return them for a refund, you can do so for up to 21 days from placing your order for a refund of the total excluding shipping costs. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method."
How are customers supposed to return items if they can only do so 21 days from placing their order when they haven't received them? This is absurd.
With the amount that people are paying, the customer service and overall care is NOT professional.
