Never received my order
Never received my order. This company is a scam. I ordered mine June 1st and it’s approaching almost two months and I am yet to receive any update on my order. If you order from them be prepared their “estimated shipping time” is a lie and that you might not get your package at all. Very disappointed. You’re better off using redbubble.

I checked and it seems that the item has been coordinated since June 13th, 2020. However, while in-transit, there has been some delay within the courier. But, the tracking has recently been updated and it's already received by your local post. I know you have been waiting for the item and you also paid for the shipping which should have just taken 8-12 Business Days. If you will allow us, we would like to refund the cost for the shipping. Redemption
I’ve posted before about this, but at last, it seems to be resolved. I’d ordered a Bacon T shirt and matching face mask for my son’s birthday. After a month, I finally received shipping information. The mask finally arrived, but unfortunately, the T shirt did not. My son loves the bacon face mask, as it is very unique, and he wears it while out and about. He’s received a lot of compliments on it. He said it’s lined, well-made and washes well. We still don’t know what happened to the T shirt, but I did get a refund for it, and rather quickly, too. Anyway, this is the end of my saga, and I am satisfied!

Although it took a long time for someone to finally get in contact with me, the Beloved team were able to reprint and ship my incorrectly printed shirts in record time, and now at least that part of my wedding won't be in complete shambles. Company is a scam!!!
I ordered shorts on 5-28 it is now 6-23 and no shorts. I have tried contacting the company for 5 in a row with no response? The shorts were sent to a fake address I have A copy of the order with the correct address. This company is a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER you will lose your money! If this company is legit the are beyond unprofessional and I gave still bean scammed and no response? Again do not order not a real company
I am updating this: it is now 7-6 and no product. They claim they did not have correct address. I have documentation they do along w correct billing address. The product was apparently was sent back on 6-22 still no product. If you email company you might get a response back within 10 days. The company if real has no customer service and now they claim they have to remake my product?? Don’t order

I hope this finds you well. I understand that you were not given the proper assistance you should have received from us and I would like to apologize for this inconvenience and experience. Please allow me to assist you on this instead. I have checked your order and it seems that our logistics team followed the address on your purchased order information. I confirmed as well that your billing and shipping addresses have two different House number which might have cause this in first place. This is also the reason when USPS was unsuccessful in delivering your order last 18th of June. Their remarks on the failed delivery is that the address is insufficient.
Again, I am really sorry for what happened. Please know that we did not mean for this to happen as we only follow information indicated on each orders. I can send you the confirmation of the address you input when you placed the order, it is also sent to you the same day you completed the order. Usually, we can change the shipping address as long as the order is still with us. However, we did not receive any changes request from you within that period.
At this moment, may we request for your cooperation on this matter. If it's possible for you to contact your local post in Sarasota to check if they still have the item as they tried to deliver is last June 18th. In this way, they can instantly redirect the delivery to your address.
Hoping for your understanding. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with to resolve and help you receive your order the soonest.

If I could do zero stars I would. It has been over 40 days since purchase and still nothing has arrived. The customer support team responds with about the same urgency and appears to be a bot. They blame the pandemic meanwhile items are being shipped across the world with little to no delay. Beloved shirts is a complete scam.

In fact, your item has coordinated with USPS since May 23rd and you may see this information on their website as well.

I left a frustrated review originally because I had not received the shorts that I ordered And over a month had passed. So I contacted the company numerous times and each time they responded with kindness and patience and reassurance. I thoroughly apologize to this company because they are definitely a legitimate company that cares to provide the best products they can with attention to detail and also with constant professionalism. It took so long to receive the pizza shorts I ordered not because of their error, but because of shipping protocols during this COVID 19 pandemic. I assure you the shorts I ordered is awesome! And this is definitely the kind of company you wish all companies were like!

I've sent documented emails to your company numerous times within the last 3 weeks asking for my swimsuit & got no reply. I have checked this matter and it seems that someone already reached out to you a few days ago regarding your order as it has been shipped out in the second week of May. It was also received and cleared by customs on the 18th of May. However, the courier tagged the package as one of those affected by the delay due to the pandemic and the schedule for delivery has been pushed back. I know you have been waiting for the item to arrive for a while now but as much as we would like to get you your order, the current delay we are experiencing is inevitable as we are not the one putting restrictions or changing schedules. Still, please know that this is being constantly coordinated with the courier and that your order is in-transit.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS
Pure garbage. It is now been almost 40 days and my shirts have not even left the warehouse. Over 16 days ago they said they shipped it. I contacted DHL and DHL says they don't even have a tracking number which they said indicated to them that the shirts never left the warehouse for delivery. the tracking number provided by beloved shirts doesn't even register with DHL. The customer service is horrible, there is no phone number to get in contact with anybody, and I would suggest just save your money and go somewhere else that actually cares about their customer.

Okay, so if everything you said is correct, you still told me that you shipped out my item on the 13th. Which is not true because the item has still not left your Warehouse. DHL does not have a tracking number stating that you gave them the package. Don't lie to me and tell me that my item shipped and that it is in route when it has not even left your Warehouse floor. The fact that it takes you 40 days to mail a t-shirt is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I will not be coming back again

Check the tracking number you sent me. Go directly to the e-commerce DHL website. Enter in that tracking number. It will say no such tracking number exists. Then, call DHL, give them that tracking number. They will tell you that they have not received the package. I'm telling you right now, you have an error on your side because the package is not in transit. The package has never left your Warehouse

However, I'm not really sure why you are being told that this has not been process and how DHL can give you such information when you can even see on their online tracking website that it's with them though still in-transit. They even have a remarks of "PARTNER EVENT - SHIPMENT DEPARTED ORIGIN FACILITY" including the city and state.
Please know, I am not lying to you and all I have done is provide you facts about your order. I ask you to give it a few days, again it's still within your chosen shipping method's period.

First, let me apologize for the inconvenience and delay. I understand that you have been waiting for your order for a while now. Please allow me to explain what mainly happened. Each item ordered to us goes on the same timeline. It starts the day after you completed your order, crafting period takes an estimated 10-14 business days for regular items which means it's from the 27th of April. Run the 10-14 business days, your item completed between the 8th -14th of May. There, we follow your chosen shipping method of Standard Domestic Shipping – $7.95 (FREE on orders $125+) * 8-12 Business Days. This brings us to currently the 6th business within the shipping period. I hope this clears that we are not trying to scam you or trick you in any sort. Our production and shipping timelines are also made available on our website , on every item's description part and confirmation email to be transparent to all customers which you might have missed and I'm truly sorry for this.
Also, I sent you information regarding your package's tracking details and a proof that it's already with the courier. You may even coordinate with DHL on this matter.
Please know that certain delays are to be expected due to the unforeseen shipment schedule changes placed upon internationally for safety due to the pandemic.

Finally received almost 7 months later!
Same problem as per the review by Dru on May 6th 2020. Ordered and paid for a shirt on December 5th 2019. There was a slight hiccup with sizes but we were assured our order went through on January 31st 2020. Still have not received the order and as with Dru's order from above there has been no change to the order tracking link since April 11th 2020.
Even with the pandemic it should not take 15 weeks to get a delivery. I would not recommend this site to anybody.
After I wrote the review above the company responded and I offered an ultimatum of 3 weeks or cancelling my VISA payment. The sweatshirt arrived on the last day...only 7 months from the original order. I have increased the rating to a 2 as the company did actually send the product but will not be recommending nor using this site again.

By the time that we are ready to send the order which we have advised via email, it seems that new restrictions on shipments and packages has been put upon due to the pandemic. But, still, I hope you consider that the restrictions are placed not by our team but the international couriers and some countries which included yours.

Took awhile but I love my items.
It took two months to arrive to me after they made my items but the quality of the clothing is gorgeous I absolutely was ok, as it was worth the wait. I ordered Mac and cheese sweatsuit and a pho outfit and it’s perfect

Customer Serice is baddddddd tho :/
This customer service is REALLLLLLY BAD. I never use sites like this but created an account to give the heads up to the peeps. After 3 weeks I contacted and got a "were so sorry, we understand your frustration" (the "thoughts & prayers" of customer service - useless). Eventually got a tracking number which hasn't changed since April 14th.
Contacted again and got the "COVID" speech to eventually wait another 2 weeks. Contacted again this week (given its been 1 month) and now Customer Service has ghosted after checking in with them every other day or so to try my 7th or 8th attempt to not jump to conclusions. Perhaps the issue is with shipping.. but how do i know that if they dont respond to me!!! lol
This seems like the only way they care to respond to their customers so wanted to inform the public while also hoping I get some tangible outcome to this disaster (beside wasting 40 bucks on a facemask). Never again :(

However, as terrible as it may sound, some packages have been delayed due to the pandemic which caused tighter shipment restrictions. Still, with further investigation, your order has been tagged recently by customs as cleared which means this will soon update the courier's online status. Please also note, that your order takes a few days from the day you've purchased an item as each is made-to-order, it goes into a crafting period of 10-business days and delivered depending on your chosen shipping method which in this case, I would love to offer you a refund on once it goes beyond that period.

Beloved made my custom hoodie exactly as the mock up was. I sent photos of my wolves and I was very happy with the outcome. It came out so great a friend of mine ordered an additional 2! Hoodie material is lightweight and I’m sure this is due to creating a clearer picture on the material. I think if cotton was used the ink would likely bleed and the photos wouldn’t look as good but maybe not. That’s just my guess. It’s a perfect lightweight hoodie for spring and fall! I will definitely order again!
