Attempted to purchase two bird feeders. Total charge of $39.94 + tax. Free delivery included. Was immediately charged a $9.95 covers all charge separately BEFORE completing my order. Called and was reassured the $9.95 was an error and would be refunded. 5 minutes later it reappeared. One minute later my order, with the declined $9.95 add-on charge appeared. Will dispute the extra charges with my credit card co bcuz it's obvious this company, Belro, is a scam oriented company. Avoid at all costs bcuz it's obvious they're out to ensure the extra, unauthorized $9.95 is going into their pockets regardless of what the customer orders.

I placed my order over 15days ago, said when i ordered it would arrive next day. I have sent four emails that they say they will respond to with in 12 hours. No response to any of them. I have called to cancel my order and she said i could not because it has shipped, and would arrive this past Thursday. It did not. when i track it it shows it has not shipped. This is the worst service i have seen in long time. Seems like a scam site.

This place is a SCAM! Ordered ear plugs from Belro. They shipped them via GOFO Express. Tracking them with GOFO they stated "attemted to deliver failed. They say contact them at a phone number or e-mail address. Tried to reach out to GOFO to find out why it failed but the phone number is AI and will not accept the tracking number they gave me in the e-mail. The e-mail address they say to contact is not a valid. Reached out to selling merchant BELRO and they will not help. After repeated very brief phone conversation with their CUSTOMER SERVICE and they will not help either. They say it shipped it and then hang up on me.
BELRO and GOFO are SCAMS and no noe should ever order anything from them! I will contact the atty general ofice.

I have not received my order from Belro Shop. After ordering the C Pap Cleaning Machine, I received my receipt explaining why it will take a long time to deliver. They actually blamed President Trump’s tariffs which is false and stupid. After 10 days of waiting, I have no sign of it arriving.

Charged $10 more to my card than the price of the item and added a $9.99 charge I didn’t agree to.

Very shady business.

Avoid at all costs! And may I suggest that anyone who has been taken by this company report them to the FTC. This is a scam being run from a foreign country...robbing hard working Americans of their money.

This company, Vanta Commerce LLC, is not registered as a business in North Carolina as verified by the North Carolina Secretary of State website. Furthermore, there are 16 claims of fraud listed on the website of the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Carolinas that serve the Raleigh area. They advertise a Bunny Toy for $19.99 and in their ad state: 1 "arrives tomorrow," 2 "ships free from Raleigh," and 3 "24/7 phone and email support" none of which is true. Someone may answer the phone only to tell you there is nothing that they can do. Our credit card was charged $29.98 and included a shipping charge. We received an email that stated "Please allow 6-10 days for your order to arrive." Their address, Suite 204, 5540 Centerview Dr, Raleigh, NC 27606, serves as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). At least ten other organizations also have that specific suite and street address listed as their business address.

The product is small, and junk. I got a better fan at 5below for 4.99$
As they say fool me once. Shame on you. I will not be fooled again.

Ordered an inexpensive outdoor camera with next day shipping. Confirmation email said it would be 5 - 8 business days! Charged me $9.99 more than agreed price. Also tried to charge, an unrequested, $9.95 for an extended warranty. Customer Service phone number provided in the email goes to voice mail..."mailbox full, call back"! AVOID BELRO!!!

Cancelled my Debit Card and reported fraud to my bank.

Update: Talked with "Customer Service" who said they could not cancel because the item was already shipped (12 hours after ordering???).

Nothing but lies! Thing doesn't stay in your nose, paid extra for expedited delivery. Was refunded the amount, still took over a week! Came from overseas, when it said it was from South Carolina! They also triggered charges from 4 other companies that I had to dispute with my bank! Makes me want to NEVER order anything online again
