Very ridiculous company
Very ridiculous company. Two times they have cancelled my order. Two years waiting for one leather jacket. I will never more place an order at this incompetent company!

Outstanding Customer Experience
Thank you James @ Belstaff for your assistance! I just wanted to let you know I received the gift package today. My boyfriend absolutely loved the jacket and sweater and was over the moon!
I am very grateful to have received the package so quickly. Belstaff has exceeded my expectations. The packaging was wonderful!

Ordered jacket, Poor Service
Ordered jacket, but was to small and returned for exchange, but took ages for exchange, so asked for refund, having entered in to there terms and conditions, they breached their own terms and conditions by not issuing my refund in the correct time and still waiting. They blamed Covid, there own warehouse, they said they still had 4 hours to refund me, but no refund in account 24 hours later, BELSTAFF BIG TIME COMBOYS

Liar, fraudster and scam! Terrible service. After being a customer of many years and spending more than thousands of dollars with Belstaff , i can now say after tasting their after sales service i will never be buying from them again.
