BelTile Opiniones

Bought mosaic tile advertised as Colonial Glossy White Porcelain Mosaic 1x1, with stated size 12.875 x 11.75 size, but in fact this is just Merola Metro 1x1 tile sold at a premium. Horrible customer service, impossible to get through. When you finally do, there is a lady with children crying in the background, probably working from her kitchen.. Tiles arrived in a timely fashion and in great condition. What beautiful tiles!!!! Excellent quality!

The selection and customer service were absolutely incredible! I was blown away by the quality of the samples I ordered and the thoughtful conversations I had with Beltile staff.

Everything! Great selection, great service and quick delivery!

I have been looking for this trim to match my tile everywhere and could not find it, it was out is stock and or discontinued. BelTile was the only place that has it. Thank you! Just perfect! Quick and secure shipping. No pieces broken

Beautiful tile, arrived on time. Giving 4 stars rather than 5 only because the shipping details were not adequately communicated till I called and requested them.

I was sent the wrong tiles

Great service. Very accommodating to specific needs.

I was looking for a difficult to get marble stone baseboard, which your company had and no others had. I spoke with Diane on the phone and via email several times, and she was always very helpful. I ordered a sample it was beautiful, and followed up with my order. My marble baseboard arrived and was a perfect color match from the sample I had pre-ordered. Thank you for your attention to detail.

I had to have multiple shipments sent. Every shipment was extremely damaged. It seems like they cut corners on packaging and using the cheapest carrier. The tiles were average quality. I should have used someone else.

Samples did not math the tile needed. I needed 1 1/2"
hexagon gloss. Trying to macth to 1990 era

great customer service.

I was looking for something very specific and Diane at BelTile was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contacting their factories in Italy to see what could be sourced to fulfill my vision. Price was very competitive compared to other options I explored. I just placed a large order and have yet to receive it so I can't speak to the delivery experience just yet but the sales process was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this company. 12 out of 10 stars for Diane!

They had tile that I could not find anywhere else and they shipped it to my door! There was a slight hiccup but they corrected it immediately without any problems. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Really fast turn around and shipping for custom tiles. Tiles are always well packed and after five orders I have only had 2 tiles arrive broken.

We love your hand painted Tunisian and Japanese tiles! Diane in customer service has been very helpful too!
