I bought some of their Wensleydale cheese from Aldi, I would have got more flavour sucking a piece of tissue. Calling it bland is doing them a favour, do they just mass produce for supermarkets? Absolutley shocking, what have the standards in this country been driven to?

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered some cheese from Belton, I wanted the Red Fox Vintage Red Leicester. When the order arrived, it was not what I thought it would be, which is my fault entirely. I received 3 x 1.2kg blocks. I opened one to taste it, and knew immediately it wasn't the vintage. I filled out a form on their website to ask could I return the two unopened packs. Haven't heard anything from them at all. Love the vintage cheese, but put off by lack of customer service.

I recently put in another order only for the courier to not deliver until 3 days after it should have been, I was sent a replacement order and the exact same thing occurred with the courier sending me an email to say it had been delayed so when that order arrived the cheese was warm inside the box so inedible, it is criminal that I have had to throw so much food away because of an incompetent courier company but I will also add here and it's only an observation perhaps if Belton Farm put larger cooling packs in the box then the outcome might be different, when I order food from Morrisons through Amazon, inside the bag is at least 2 large frozen packs which keeps food lovely and cool and the packs take ages to thaw even at room temperature and are completely recyclable, any chance you could follow suit Belton perhaps?

Always been a strong Cheddar fan. Fancied something different. This cheese is exceptional, a co-op best , available online from Belton also. If you like a strong cheddar, this is similar but has a far greater depth and lingers far longer. Sumptuous.
