I've had no end of trouble with this company. Firstly my order took alot longer than expected. I ordered the extensions when they were buy one get one free, I never received the second extension. The company were awful at replying to emails even though they state they will get back to you in 1-2 days that never happened. Finally got a returning address to send back my ONE halo extension and I'm still waiting for my refund despite being told it's been processed and should only take 2-9 business day! Stay away from this company! Customer communication absolutely rubbish. They do not fulfil what they say they do. How are they even getting away with this?

Sent only half my order then ignored my emails and calls ever since! Do not order. Product is also very poor quality. Complete rip off company

I bought a hair piece, it cost nearly £40! I read the comments on here AFTER & could of kicked myself. It arrived from CHINA over 8 days later it was poor quality wrong colour also no return details so ive emailed the company & I'm getting ignored however they did email me when I made a negative comment on FACEBOOK which I find odd they can email & complain about a comment however ignored my plea for a return address DIRE ,SCAMMERS ,SHIT QUALITY ,BAD BAD BAD DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! they have ZERO customer service & no way of returning the crap product

Edit...Just had a response apologising for the delay in replying. I can expect my refund in approx 5-10 days. I will edit again if all goes well.
Please be careful and do not buy from this company.
Really poor quality hair extension. 90 day return policy does not exist. I am on my 7th email. No reply to any of them.

Amazing results. The 5 in 1 styler is absolutely phenomenal, and iv just bought a skincare product. Pretty quick delivery and does the job well. Cant complain at all xx

Oh my god . I got scam with this. I returned the item as it was a very poor quality. It’s already been over two months but no response. Never try to buy things from here. Total scam.

If I could give zero I would, poor quality item so asked if I could return.
I followed the within 90 days policy. The company emailed to say my return was received.
They accepted my return request and said they would refund but still no refund.
I have emailed but they don’t respond in a timely manner, and calls go to voicemail.
Another scam company, BEWARE!
