Worst quality and no response - Beware

My wife bought me two tracksuits and a zip hoodie as an anniversary present. I wore the khaki tracksuit for the first time, and the tracksuit started to have lint balls and fur on it. I had only worn it once, and it hasn't even been washed yet. Most of the tracksuit is now covered in lint balls and fur, which clearly indicates its poor quality. I only wore it once and it is not even washed and already most of the tracksuit is covered in lint balls and fur

It is unacceptable for new clothes to develop lint balls and for stitching to come undone while wearing it for the first time. I sent an email to complain about this issue ten days ago, but I still haven’t received a response. Furthermore, there is no customer service phone number or live chat option available to contact for assistance.

An appalling customer service

An appalling customer service, appalling refund system supposed to refund money within 3-5 days, after that period still no refund, you have to keep sending gmails to get you money back

DID NOT REFUND MY ITEMS

did not do my return at all and stopped responding, it has been 6 months now and still no refund, i have spoke to there customer support multiple times now and yet still no help has been provided

worst customer service

i am truly sickened by benches customer service they dont have live chats you have to send them an email for feedback they have the worst website so i asked there customer service team if i could change the size of my order they didnt respond for a day and they sent me a thank you for purchasing instead of adressing disgusting 1star

Bench customer service is very poor. They lie.

I bought a size XL but it was too small for the person. I liked the quality so I bought an XXL but the quality was very poor. So I wanted to return both pairs as they were not fit for purpose. I tried contacting Bench to send me the bar code so I could return the trousers. The people I called at Bench would lie that they would send the bar code in an hour s time they never did. I reported my case to PayPal as I bought through them. They are investigating. I am on holiday at the moment so I will follow up the case when I come back to England. I will never buy from Bench again.

Customer service needs some work

I bought some bits for my my boyfriend but realised when I'd placed the order there was an issue. They say on their website that you can email or contact them on social media. I sent two messages on Facebook 36 hours apart and both were ignored despite their autoreply saying they'd respond in 24 hours. It was pretty stressful. I emailed and they replied to my email regarding my order issue but didn't explain why they'd ignored me on social media or apologise. Customer service needs some work

Bad experience with Bench

I have a bad experience with Bench. I ordered some t-shirts and inner wear for a trip 5 days back. When I tracked the evri parcel # it says it is still with the sender. I choose free express delivery assuming it will be quick. But I see other posts quoting similar issues even for next day delivery. Bench delivery page is really misleading. I have asked them to cancel it in email (there is no phone number) and there is no response. I really have no idea who regulates the online sale? How can they run a business like this?
