Exemplary Customer Service

Following a complaint about the quality of a product, we received exempary Customer Service. We have purchased Crosshatch products before so realised that this was not up to their usual high quality standards. However, as the garment had been purchased as a gift, it was more than 6 months' old. On providing proof of a quality control issue through photographs, we were given a gift voucher for the full value and an apology. We were very impressed. Our issue was dealt with quickly, efficiently and to our satisfaction so we cannot recommend Crosshatch highly enough and will be happy to purchase from them again - my Partner is excited to be able to spend his gift voucher.

Never have stock!

Decent clothing if you can actually get what you want.
I have been buying a certain type of Crosshatch Jeans for ages, but nowadays they never have any in stock!?
I keep receiving regular emails from them advertising sales and offers etc. but every time I check the website they never have my size!
I have been waiting months and months now, and I can’t buy the jeans I want ✋🏼😡👎🏼

Poor quality zips on the winter type…

Poor quality zips on the winter type jackets. I have a Green Parka , and a relative has a blue padded/puffer type jacket. Both have suffered zip failure, rendering both jackets useless, after minimal usage.

Absolutely appalling service and…

Absolutely appalling service and product
The item was a Christmas gift , a belt, and it has started to disintegrate already , the quality is so poor it’s abysmal, but then customer service was truly shocking, not help what so ever, so the quality is a good as the customer service, get better service and product from a boot sale
Avoid the product at all costs , might as well throw your money in bin than buy their product

I experienced an issue a few pairs of footwear and contacted the customer service team. The response was almost immediate, and Siân was extremely helpful, promptly passing my information on for further assistance. Mark from the merchandising team then took over and handled my issue with great professionalism and care.

The service provided by Siân, Mark, and everyone at Crosshatch involved in resolving this matter was exceptional. It is rare to receive such a high level of customer service, and this experience has certainly reinforced my decision to continue using Crosshatch products. Thank you to all involved.

BAD QUALITY BAD SIZING CHEAP RUBBISH

HOW CAN A 3 PACK OF JOGGERS ALL OF THE SAME STYLE AND MEDIUM SIZE HAVE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FITS DEPENDING ON THE COLOUR?!?!

Poor quality badly made jogging bottoms and hoodies that I will only wear indoors! Purchased a set of 3 joggers that came in 3 colours in a size medium and each pair had a completely fit, the blue were too tight, the grey were too baggy and the black pair were just the right fit! Exact Same for the hoodies!

WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN... CHEAP RUBBISH!!!! AND HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE TO RETURN BAD QUALITY...... CANT BE BOTHERED!

All of our joggers and hoodies are made to the same sizing specifications, slight variations can occasionally occur between colours due to differences in dyeing and production batches. That said, the level of inconsistency you’ve described is certainly not what we aim for.

Bought a Althorpe fleece lined coat for…

Bought a Althorpe fleece lined coat for the coming winter. Great coat and this is my second one in six years, I have worn many types of coats including Northface, CK and Hilfiger but nothing beats the Crosshatch for warmth and value.

Don't trust this Chinese company.

Crosshatch is really a cheap Chinese company using an old English name.
All products are made in china and sold at half the price on AliExpress.

I just binned 2 pairs of their trainers just because I could.

Red Flag After Red Flag

While I appreciate the fast shipping, and great delivery, the company itself is absolutely awful. The only good thing about their customer service, is that they do respond fairly quickly. I ordered 4 pairs of jeans, all from the website as a size 32W 34L, as it's the size I wear in nearly all jeans. Upon receiving the order, the tags all showed 32L which I've always know as the length of the jeans. The person I dealt with in customer service, told me after asking for photos which I provided for all 4 pairs of jeans, that I misunderstood their sizing, and that 32L means 32 "Long" which refers to 32W, and 34L. The person then told me that they needed a picture of the jeans layed flat out on a flat surface, with a tape measure to show the length of the leg inseam as I was repeatedly told I was misunderstanding the product sizing. I had already bagged the jeans all back up and had the bag sealed so I could return them. After back and forth ongoing for a few hours, I broke down and busted the package back open, to remove a pair of jeans, and measure them. The measurement, which I knew wasn't right since I tried them all on and they didn't fit right, ironically measured 32 length. After being generous with the tape measure and putting the top of the measure above the inseam, the photo shows just slightly over 32 inches in length. After sending the photos, they responded saying though the pictures showed closer to 33 inches, that they could then send me a prepaid QR return. The picture I sent, very clearly shows being less than 32.5 inches..not even closer to 33, which is still incorrect being I order the 34L (length). The customer service person gaslit me so hard to try and force me to cover the return shipping cost, and said anything they could to avoid sending me the prepaid return label. I've never had so much back and forth over returning a product that did not fit. And then with visual proof, still had the audacity to tell me the jeans were closer to 33 inches than it was to 32. Not only would I not recommend this company, but I'd avoid them at ALL possible cost. Misleading sizes, and they make it such a nightmare to return. They want all the evidence of incorrect sizing, but they can't handle visual proof when it's slapping them in the face. They are gaslighters. And will try to make you feel wrong. In no other brand of jeans have I ever bought, said 32L and that not stood for the actual inseam length. I order 32W 34L for a reason, and it's not been an issue with any other company.
