Bench totally brilliant the only problem I had was with Evri who kept misplacing the item Bench did everything to correct this I highly recommend Bench

Can’t say much about the product as it never arrived!! Waited for a week, emailed multiple times Bench support and Evri, was told to wait more, another week later was told the package is lost by Evri! It was a birthday present so terrible experience overall!

Who changed the sizes!!
I have no idea who determines your sizes. I have 2 hoodies, bought for my boyfriend in December 2022, both mens XL, and wayyyyy too small for him, despite owning a few other bench hoodies in the same size from the Christmas before. They do fit nice and comfy for me (Female size 14 UK). This latest purchase fits my size 4 UK daughter snugly, and it also claims to be a size Mens XL! I can't get it over my chest! I have worn bench for about 20 years, but the last few orders are a disappointment.

Always great quality, design and service.
I love the style, quality and fit of Bench clothes. The online service is efficient and easy to use. As a former graphic designer, I really admire the clean, simple but graphic design of the logo.

Great customer care team and timely delivery. Courier misplaced my order and the bench customer care team were very helpful in resolving the issue and I received my order.

5 tshirts and only 3 were the correct size!
Bought a pack of 5 tshirts and only 3 were medium mens. I had one XL and one L. Emailed the company when I realised one was the wrong size and they did refund 20% but didn’t bother again after spotting the other one in case they thought I was scamming them! So a pack of 5 tshirts with only 3 that fit. Really disappointed! I wouldn’t order again
