The hand sanitiser is fantastic, very reasonably priced & next day delivery. However, on this occasion it was going to be a day late (not a problem for me) & the company rang me to explain & apologise! Not needed but appreciated. Highly recommend

I have bought the aloe juice with blueberries, make up remover and the all purpose disinfectant and have found all 3 unrelated products to be excellent. This gives me faith to continue to purchase from this company and try other products they sell.
If I had one criticism it would be that some products that are out of stock seem to remain so for prolonged periods. For myself I am waiting for the aloe juice with goji berries to be available again as I’m keen to try this combination.

A great product at a very reasonable price. I bought some for the rest of my family - perfect for the girls going back to Uni as they can refill the smaller bottles from the larger economy size. Ordering is simple and delivery fast and reliable.

Excellent products, great value for money. Customer service staff couldn’t be more helpful. So why only 4 stars? Because DPD who deliver for Benessence are hopeless. They claimed to have tried to deliver the parcel and failed, so left a card. However we were in, and no one called, and no card left. The delivery photo looks like a thumb over the camera lens. Benessence tried to call local depot -no reply. Eventually organised to collect from local pickup point following day - parcel has large hole in it and one bottle of cleaner has been damaged. The unreliability of the carrier would make me not buy from Benessence again which is a real shame. An online supplier is really sadly only as good as the delivery partner it selects.
