Having read your Facebook comments about alcohol content perhaps clearer labeling regarding percentage alcohol level and correct United Kingdom interpretation of % as v/v or w/w on label on bottles would remove confusion and perception of efficacy.
Perhaps a optional extra pump should be offered to fit on the same bottle could be sold ?
Very satisfied with purchase and when needed will buy again
