Not a reliable company do not deliver the product like they advertise paid for 2 day shipping on July 14 and it’s July 18th and I still haven’t received my order

I ordered a custom engagement gift for my son and his bride to be.
First my Apple Pay automatically changed the shipping address to my house and I thought for sure this was going to go badly. I emailed them and they quickly corrected my ( Apple Pay’s ) mistake!
My son currently lives in a busy apartment complex with a “package room”. The package was lost. Their wonderful customer service via email was quick to investigate and offered to send me a high quality digital copy of my gift to me while they tracked down the missing package. I was ready to just order a replacement but it was only 24 hours or so and the package was located and the day after delivered to my son! They had great communication the whole time! Highly recommend and I will use them again!
